奶油豆乳鍋有啲似牛奶鍋的感覺,都清清淡淡,唔會太鹹,可以突出到食材原本的鮮味~
另一鍋就叫左泰.酸辣蝦鍋,即係冬陰功湯底,食海鮮🦞配呢個湯底都幾夾👍

餐廳位置好方便,入到去環境都好舒適,食材選擇唔洗多,但9成既都好有質素! 大愛!! 飲品選擇種類多,仲要有M字雪糕可以自己"不" 真係好好好滿足!第一次食日本傳統紙火鍋❤原來用紙可以索左D油脂,令食材既口感比較清爽唔膩,而且張紙仲可以係高溫下煮幾個鐘,安全又健康。 湯底我地叫左蕃茄❤同鲣魚湯❤,同埋會送返SET特色有機鮮菌❤,睇下果日有咩時令就送咩,而食既次序就緊係先食鮮菌❤ -> 蔬菜❤ -> 肉+海鮮❤,到最後湯底真係好鮮甜味美。先講份和牛❤油脂豐腴,入口嫩滑真,係好好味好香,肉片厚度唔會係透光,正! 而其他海鮮我自己最中意係扇貝❤同鮑魚❤,真係啖啖肉得黎,鮮味十足。炸物方面如果你係榴槤愛好者,一定要試佢地榴槤波波! 熱辣辣好惹味。自助既食物仲有鰻魚,egg tart,豬手等等tim! 任食2個鐘,大推!!!
