To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 叫左四個不同lunch set,有跟昆布湯,迷你沙律同飲品。
昆布湯飲落十分似味精溝水,全部人差評。
沙律材料係最行果啲料加最普通嘅芝麻醬,唔難食唔好食 (但同行朋友竟然已經覺得係全餐最好食果樣。。。)
石鍋泡菜牛肉飯
上菜賣相非常唔錯,但食落竟然係一啲味都冇,我要不停落豉油同辣醬先食得落。因為牛肉份量太少同切成粒,撈完之後完完全全食唔到牛肉。除左賣相同熱辣辣之外,無可取之處。

同上一道菜一樣冇味,牛肉份量ok,不過輪到飯量少,連平時細食嘅朋友都話好似爬幾啖冇左咁

上菜時竟然完全唔熱仲有啲凍凍地。。。味道冇特別
石鍋黑椒牛油粟米拌飯+蒜味雞腿肉
再次衰冇味加睇個樣完全睇唔出嘅份量少,佢個石鍋容器應該好鬼祟下,最離奇係係石鍋但竟然唔熱
四個餐味道冇一個合格,價錢唔平,應該唔會再嚟食lunch

兩個餐都配牛角飯,沙律同湯,經理仲有講解啲醬汁同埋個鉗點用,呢方面好過之前,但帶位個女仔黑口黑面,好似成村人得罪左佢咁。
個腸係係牛腸,啲油係咁必出黎,但都好好味,個牛舌都好正,但啲和口就差少少,唔知係咪過左火,但個牛粒都唔錯,但問題係每款牛都有兩塊,但都一肥一廋,質量唔多穩定。希望下次可以好啲啦。
加左個牛角飯,每人食左1.5個,真係好開心呀。

真心講句,有少少失望
最後要加埋啲燒肉醬汁

雖然牛角係主打燒肉,但係賣得丼飯喺牛市總唔可以太過失禮啦係咪先

最後決定去德福廣場嘅牛角貪呢度有和牛lunch set同埋商場消費後有免費泊車。

主菜來了!A餐牛肋肉四品燒肉盛合,肉質不錯。
C餐和牛盛合,和牛嘅肉質當然比起A餐更優質

食物:
我每次都叫[燒肉定食],有沙律、湯、飯、二類肉、飲品。最平叫二類肉都係豬雞,推薦豚肉同雞腿肉保證無伏,一碟係4件豚肉4件雞腿肉。個餐包既飯係白飯,但我多數加18蚊轉牛角飯,個飯會多左汁、紫菜、蔥花、芝麻,鐘意食咸既人記住加白色瓶果個,係日本既鹽撈飯一流,重點係個飯任食,食完一碗就叫侍應追加多一碗,食到餓為止。
服務:
主要用平板點餐,係{需要服務}個制都有得簡d甚本野,多數都係舉手叫人快d。服務真係好睇運氣,多數好快就送餐黎,但追加飯就一時快一時慢拉,有時肉都燒曬飯都未黎。
- 牛角飯
Lunch去食其實佢都有一啲set lunch可以俾你選擇。當中就包括左我同同事都好鐘意食嘅韓式石鍋海鮮豆腐湯。
跟餐本身就會有一個牛角飯同埋沙律,仲有杯嘢飲添。由於餐廳支持環保嘅關係,所以凍飲係唔會俾飲管你既,有需要嘅話就自己問待應攞。
啲豆腐好滑,跟住嗰個泡菜湯嗰個味道適中。
同事叫咗呢個石鍋嘅雞飯。我就覺得我個泡菜湯好味啲啦!
不過有樣嘢唔好嘅係...因為lunch個個都叫lunch set,廚房會湊埋一埋單,一之過整同個嘅食。所以上菜方面,成日都係會有一個人遲遲都未有嘢食。如果等齊嘢食先一齊開始動手食嘅話,咁早到嘅嘢食就會凍哂。如果唔等嘅話,當你食完,有可能另一個人既嘢食都仲未上到台。
