看到餐廳名字就大約想到這間吃什麼最好了,那肯定是這裡的特色牛肉串燒,有很多其他店沒有的牛肉串燒,特別是內藏!而且現在再搭配上八折優惠,就真的更划算了!日本時令生蠔用的是日本令和生蠔,挺大隻的,入口滑嫩多汁,海水味濃,配上土佐醋突出蠔的甜。安格斯牛柳串肉超厚的,燒得約五成熟,吃起來肉質非常柔軟多汁,陣陣牛肉香!牛心口感爽滑,有點像牛舌的,但沒有油香,牛肉味很濃。牛小腸口感有點像豬粉腸,不過口感比較嫩滑,有點油香。牛大腸大腸的油脂都去了八成了,所以吃起來不會很油膩,表面焦香,內裡爽滑彈牙。月見免治雞肉棒這個月見會特別一點,蛋黃也有經過醬油漬的,所以味道非常甘香,為嫩滑的免治雞肉棒帶來蛋黃的香滑和醬汁的鹹香!骨付豚骨腸燒得皮脆肉嫩的,豬肉香味很濃郁!燒丸子就是燒芝麻湯圓,外焦內軟糯,又有濃濃芝麻香!
