最近香港大熱自助燒牛扒店,對於我嚟個牛魔王嚟講真係好消息,今日特登帶媽媽去試嚟間店嘅流程係一入門口先用自動售票機揀啱心水牛肉類形同重量,總共有六款,分別係:牛肩肉眼、牛肋骨排、西冷、牛柳、日本和牛,同埋每月推介店內仲有提供一次性圍裙俾客人使用,非常窩心體貼之後就會安排入座,交埋飛俾店員就可以先去自助吧,自助吧有沙律、麵豉湯、白飯同檸檬水,都係任食任飲,唔洗額外俾錢,非常抵呀!牛扒會由師父煎至約一成熟,再放到烘熱至攝氏300度嘅火山石板上面。派餐時香氣四溢,師傅煎牛扒時會加自家製和牛牛油,令肉味特別香濃每次切一小塊牛扒放喺熱石上面,按自己喜好燒至理想熟度有三款醬汁可以比客人揀你自己想沾的牛扒的醬西冷-四四方方,賣相很好,肉味重,油花不算多,但分佈平均,而且最有彈性!牛柳-油花較少,但瘦得嚟很淋,超嫩滑,肉汁很多,好juicy按個人喜好加點喜瑪拉雅岩鹽同黑椒調味,更有層次感

牛扒會由師父煎至約一成熟,再放到烘熱至攝氏300度嘅火山石板上面。派餐時香氣四溢,師傅煎牛扒時會加自家製和牛牛油,令肉味特別香濃

“牛極”是一早已收藏想去的食店,今日朋友約飯正好一去試食。去到只是下午6點左右,未有客人,店員幫忙點點菜機,入錢,拿單(無自助過),便可以入坐等食。等食時可先去自助區,有飯,湯,沙律同調味料,自助一輪,牛就幾不多到。牛油紙阻彈油是細心位。唔大食,300g已經好夠,加上蒜片香口(見意拿食免被熱石燒燶)。今次點了牛肩肉眼,朋友點了和牛,牛肉切開全生,全是自己用熱石處理熟成,本人喜歡5成熟,快手切開燒好兩面便可夾走,熱石唔係好大塊,要一邊燒一邊切一邊食都幾忙,牛肩肉眼比較嫩,有肉汁,少根,油脂偏多,已有少許調味,可以只加枱上的胡椒粉便可,今晚盛了兩碗飯,超飽,店員服務幾好,環境闊落,$120任飲任食(除主菜),又有的燒下牛,性價比高。今次十分滿意。

今次點了牛肩肉眼,朋友點了和牛,牛肉切開全生,全是自己用熱石處理熟成,本人喜歡5成熟,快手切開燒好兩面便可夾走,熱石唔係好大塊,要一邊燒一邊切一邊食都幾忙,牛肩肉眼比較嫩,有肉汁,少根,油脂偏多,已有少許調味,可以只加枱上的胡椒粉便可,今晚盛了兩碗飯,超飽,店員服務幾好,環境闊落,$120任飲任食(除主菜),又有的燒下牛,性價比高。今次十分滿意

朋友帶隊,黎試呢間火山石燒牛扒餐廳,餐廳位於長沙灣,地鐵站行10分鐘左右就到,位置都算方便。去到都唔洗點等位就入得,店內裝修幾有日本feel,掛左好多旗仔。餐廳係以自助形式點餐,要先去個自助售賣機撳左想要既野食,(會有店員從旁協助)跟手店員就會送餐到枱面。呢度個湯同沙律都係任食的,個湯味道鹹鹹地,普通。沙律都算新鮮,我加左柚子沙拉汁,食落都幾開胃。我點左200g牛柳,我個石好似特別熱咁,D牛好快就熟,仲搞到燶左少少。個牛都唔太多筋,都keep到肉汁的,但有少少「鞋」,d肉唔夠嫩。值得一讚係侍應會換手換舊石的,都幾貼心。

牛扒上枱時,大約已燒至一成熟左右,其後可再按個人喜好,將牛扒切成細塊~利用火山石嘅高溫將牛扒燒至理想熟成度!

牛肩肉眼,牛味濃郁,油脂分佈均勻,肉質非常嫩口又juicy,唔會好多筋!

燒到牛扒表皮微焦,約5成熟,再灑上少量天然海鹽 同 黑椒調味~非常可口!

另外,再試埋3種醬汁,當中最推介餐廳自家製嘅燒肉汁,令整體味道更豐富!

用熱石嘅高溫將近骨位嘅肉同脂肪煎得微微香脆,牛味非常突出之餘,油香味十足~SO YUMMY!



總括而已,哩間新式扒房性價比非常高,價位合理~
仲可以自主控制牛扒熟度 同埋 任食沙律、湯、白飯!
真係好抵食!

4月30日下午六時到牛極試試和牛200g,失望至極!本人試過多間自助牛扒都未食過有這麽粗的牛筋,牛筋不能咀嚼而要吐出來,上等和牛不是脂肪及牛肉組成嗎?為可硬如石頭的筋都奉上及供客人食用?快快把所謂和牛食完,連影相都不想影,不會再食!至於服務亦需要改善,賣牛扒的地方要客人自己取刀及叉?為何服務人員奉上牛扒時不會奉上餐具,而碗放在枱上要客人拿回自助區取飯/菜/湯,店舖根本無從客人角度想想,減少客人在店舖內走動次數,服務人員大多親切有禮!

經過個頭見幾特呢門口買牛的份量,先付款要入面任食沙律飯同湯。我兩人買左最平$120牛肩同$170牛柳。之後入地拎沙律菜,成大盤都係耶菜得幾粒蕃茄,之後拎湯無晒蘿白之類湯料的似比人拎哂。之後拎白飯加上紫菜粉都可以。埋位牛就上台,有熱石板一路燒個舊牛,幾好方法,邊食邊切唔洗一下熟晒,如果之後唔夠熱又可以教新一塊板的。貴牛真係好食好多,有牛味,平個舊無牛味好梅。總結,每人$150真係貴左d,配菜唔惦太小,不包飲品。去食扒房比較好吧

今日朋友帶路食熱石牛,入到嚟去自助位拎野前菜食先!圍裙高質,記得要拎真係會飛汁嫁!沙津配柚子汁脆口醒胃,椰菜為主。日系沙津,都食到一大碗。鼓勵大家食菜,哈哈。牛肉湯蕃茄味勁濃、仲有紅白蘿蔔。味道幾濃好吸引飲多少少,好快又再refill啦!二個熱石影相靚靚!牛肩肉眼 300g $120細心位係有廚房紙避免d汁彈到人,聲音之之之。拎開紙就見到大大肉同香氣。快快手切開,鮮紅血肉同有根位。整體熱石夠熱比你燒熟哂,唔洗擔心。牛肩肉眼肉質有彈性,佢係肩膀和脖子部分的肉有一定既脂肪既有咬勁既跟腱位。因為肉就跟據熱石左幾耐而保持軟硬度,所以要轉一轉位燒。紫菜白飯配燒肉汁好味過辛辣醬同芝麻醬,嘻嘻。一係牛肉可以唔擇醬汁,擇放係枱既粉紅鹽同黑胡椒,感覺就西餐。牛肩肉排 300g $140有骨位就牛香d,重牛味d。切落去都比較軟身同感覺脂肪多一點。骨位要快d煎,先會有多d香味,嘻嘻。環境唔錯,冷氣排氣都強,有卡位!

同屋企人去食,佢地叫佐肉眼,我叫佐和牛。肉眼非常多筋,屋企人牙力好只係食淨d。佢地俾無筋位我食,我都好勉強先食到。後面果台客都一直批評話好多筋,佢地走佐之後偷偷望過,食淨好多。相入面係和牛,無錯,係好lean 好瘦ge 和牛。其實我肯俾錢都係想食有脂肪果種,我係要A4A5,但成塊扒目測真係見唔到脂肪lor。不過都算淋,食到ge。但依個價我唔好係附近食塊平d Angus?湯唔錯,飯有得加紫菜都開心ge, 飯個樣難睇但唔難食。
