見好多人都話呢間居酒屋好正宗,好多日本人都會黎食,今日就黎試試佢。一入到餐廳就覺得環境幾闊落舒適,燈光幾柔和。〈刺身盛合(上)〉有油甘魚、帶子、吞拿魚、八爪魚、赤蝦、三文魚、海膽。唔止賣相吸引,每款刺身都好新鮮。咁多款刺身入面我個人最鍾意係帶子,味道夠鮮甜。〈鐵板和牛粒〉鐵板將和牛粒既外表燒得少少焦脆,咬落好juicy有肉汁,配埋燒汁同蒜片一齊食唔錯。〈帶子牛油燒〉啲帶子超大粒,牛油味好重,輕輕煎過食落好香。〈生蠔面豉鍋〉天氣凍凍地,所以再叫個鍋暖下胃。佢地鍋物有好多選擇,包括牛肉、牛腸等等,我同朋友都鍾意食蠔,就叫左個生蠔鍋。個鍋好足料,至少有八隻生蠔,仲有大量配菜,例如冬菇、豆腐、生菜、大蔥等等。生蠔味道鮮甜,配埋面豉湯底味道更加突出。最後食返個香芋雪糕做甜品,為呢餐寫上完美總結

天氣凍凍地,所以再叫個鍋暖下胃。佢地鍋物有好多選擇,包括牛肉、牛腸等等,我同朋友都鍾意食蠔,就叫左個生蠔鍋。個鍋好足料,至少有八隻生蠔,仲有大量配菜,例如冬菇、豆腐、生菜、大蔥等等。生蠔味道鮮甜,配埋面豉湯底味道更加突出。
