之前有一班friend好鍾意每個月都會去食日本嘢,基本上尖沙咀大部份嘅居酒屋都食過咁滯,無他地點適中,價錢又唔會太過離譜。當晚四個人,一支sake,開心的晚餐,談了很多,彷彿年青了十年。前菜點了芒果蟹子沙律,非常大的一個份量,嗰啲芒果甜到好似喺泰國買嘅一樣。眾多選擇之中,特別揀啲少見嘅魚類選擇,長尾濱鯛真係未試過,聽都未聽過,個魚味幾特別,魚皮可能未必人人鐘意的感覺。生蠔麵豉鍋真係聞所未聞,牛肉鍋就聽得多,用蠔做主角真係好少,牛油帶子燒,煎得好香,牛油嘅澎湃令到帶子如跳舞般飛奔起來。加個生烏冬落去生蠔麵豉鍋,感覺非常好,烏冬好彈牙,好得。雜錦天婦羅又係大大份,當然嗰啲天婦羅唔會話炸到好似一啲日本貴價餐廳炸到好出色,但吃落去都感覺不錯。整體水準穩定,而且又唔太貴,一班朋友食最啱。當晚有個男人,一個人一條魚一支酒都得,你話正唔正先?

這間餐廳位於尖沙咀寶勒巷,餐廳環境十分之舒適,加上店員熱情地招待,用餐當日也吸引不少日本人,可見餐廳其質素.今日嘗試了這一條友日本空運到港的日本鮫魚,廚師利用炙燒的技巧令外皮有燒焦的感覺,更加顯示出魚肉的味道,配上廚師細膩的刀工,簡直有如一個藝術品似的.日本蛋卷蛋味十足.日本的苦瓜配上香滑豚肉加上芽菜,簡直是最佳的送酒之選.這個牛肉鍋在冬天也是最佳的選擇,包括有冬菇,金菇豆腐等配菜,為這一個晚上帶來熱烘烘的感覺.值得一提這間店舖所有米飯也是採用日本產的信心一定有保證.

香港乜嘢菜都有得食,今晚就食日本菜。睇嚟一小碟普通的薯仔沙律,有特色,食完一口跟住接着一口。牛油燒帶子,熱騰騰用小鐵板捧上,除了牛油味之外,仲有重黑椒味,黑椒有少少辣對於我來講就啱啱好。帶子的火路,赤啱啱好。明太子玉子燒,煎蛋的程度適中,入口鬆軟充滿蛋味。青鯛魚薄切,一上枱就嘩一聲,切得靚,賣相靚,功夫了得,相機先食。店長話今朝才由日本運到。配以攻鼻的Wasabi及美味醬油,真係一絕。嗰條魚頭同埋魚骨,都唔好嘥,店長同我哋滾一個魚骨魚頭麵豉湯。牛肉火鍋,加上各種雜菜豆腐等等熱辣辣用爐上,正合冷天享用。店員接呼,十分週到。
