想搵間餐廳評語為好啲啲嘅食晚餐,見到這裏寫的評語話呢間餐廳都幾好,評語讚好,就去試吓。餐廳比較舊,冷氣設備唔多好,坐喺位置較熱。服務員態度一般的好,人數唔多。餐牌上面的餸菜款式都多嘅,包括有 是日新鮮刺生魚 點餐,價錢一般。我們點了多款餸菜食物,魚生併盤中的蝦、海膽幾好,鮮味嘅。其他餸菜樣樣亦太一般,茶杯蒸蛋唔好食,好咸。牛柳粒、魚腸鍋、白子酢、明太子蛋卷、炸生蠔、烏冬等等。如果唔係話想食好嘢,祗係想叫常餐湯烏冬,呢間係幾好的選擇。

原本打算去另一間常去既日本居酒屋店,但無奈無位,有甘既機會就試下未去過既店。洋蔥沙律睇YouTube 介紹真係幾好食,個汁好野味,又開胃;刺身沙律都好新鮮,角煮好嫩滑但,highball 比較失望,係香港都未飲到似係日本飲既味道,呢間非常之淡口,朋友話似飲水,無曬酒味;炸墨魚嘴,沙甸魚餅比較差,上枱都淋曬,呢間炸物可以pass,最後酒盗芝士太軟啦,口感都麻麻。好想食既燒飯團供應唔到,呢個菜式好基本,非常失望應該都唔會再幫襯

牛腸鍋都好食,佢係用牛腸、韮菜、芽菜、椰菜煮成一鍋。個湯底清清地,有蒜香味,亦有油脂香味。牛腸其實有一半係肥膏黎,係好邪惡架😈不過好好食!可以加啲七味粉吊一吊味,有好多芽菜椰菜墊底。

We can't wait to eat Japanese food again. We go to a restaurant that was opened by a Japanese family. Wow, there are Japanese people eating in the restaurant too. The food must be very local. We order Assorted sashimi, Assorted Tempura, Beef croquette, baked scallop with butter, Grilled Japanese Egg cake, Inaniwa Udon. The food is above average. The fish is fresh and thick cut. The Tempura is fried perfectly. The beef croquette is super nice, a highly recommended dish. The scallop is big in size

聽朋友講, 八海山原本已經開業足足超過20年~有咁多年歷史, 我諗都唔會伏得去邊, 一於同朋友去試一試佢。入到場內, 見到餐廳環境並冇好氣派既裝潢, 反而似係日本旅行時經過既小店, 有陣濃濃既日本氣息!!當日去到仲見到有某間英文學校既老師帶住一大班同學黎食!係日本同學黎架~同場仲有唔少日本人~~即刻大大提升左我對喱到既期望~

由於同朋友都比較肚餓, 叫左明太子煎蛋卷﹑牛肉薯餅﹑刺身拼盤﹑牛油帶子﹑仲有個明太子炒飯

首先要介紹牛肉薯餅, 對於平日就好鐘意食薯餅既我黎講, 喱個牛肉薯餅真係好出色, 薄薄一層既炸粉夾住細滑既薯蓉, 鬆脆但一d油膩感都冇~食兩三舊都冇食緊炸物既罪疚感, 眼見廚房幾盤幾盤咁拎D薯餅出黎, 喱到既薯餅一定係即叫即製架~

明太子煎蛋卷亦令人驚喜,蛋卷軟嫩綿密, 蛋身有厚度挺身,中間夾住滿滿既明太子, 一啖咬落去超滿足的!喜歡明太子的不要錯過~~

刺身拼盤就係去日本餐廳必叫之選, 試食最原本既食材味道就知道餐廳用料新唔新鮮, 拼盤有帶子﹑八爪魚﹑三文魚﹑油甘魚同埋吞拿魚……由於本人唔好食魚, 今次我就試左帶子同八爪魚, 帶子肥美勁鮮甜大大粒, 一食就知道唔係剛剛係急凍拎出黎, 八爪魚亦都唔遜色, 鮮味足爽脆有口感~朋友食左其他魚類刺身亦話油香味好出色, 食唔停口0V0

我地亦叫左一客牛油帶子試下熟既帶子!係另一種口感:> 帶子超級厚肉, 同牛油簡直係天作之合, 食落去啖啖肉, 滿口牛油香氣, 勁滿足呀~
