原本三人小聚 打算和知己一起晚飯打算清酒摸摸杯底開懷小吃開心共聚當日19:00到達現場只有另外兩枱客人看到報道 很多日本人光顧相信食物質素及環境應該不差食物質素及味道 也符合埋單$2300可惜 當我們大約把酒談心到20:30左右竟然看到餐廳天花 大約有2-4隻老鼠周圍跑尤其在 近後門及壽司枱天花 自由自在地跑步我馬上嚇得大叫 怎也吃不下去😰😰😰希望餐廳馬上改善衛生環境但本人見過這麼多老鼠 應該必定不會再光顧😅

我馬上嚇得大叫 怎也吃不下去😰😰😰
希望餐廳馬上改善衛生環境
但本人見過這麼多老鼠 應該必定不會再光顧😅

呢個洋蔥沙律喺其他餐廳真係未食過 。沙律係滿滿一碗,上面鋪滿咗木魚,d木魚好似唔洗錢咁, 全部都好大塊, 而且比一般餐廳嘅木魚片厚好多。 木魚下面就係大量嘅洋蔥, 冰凍嘅洋蔥加埋有紫蘇葉味道嘅微酸醬汁,真係好開胃。

呢款日式雪菜炒飯又係喺其他餐廳未試過嘅 。 比起上海嘅雪菜炒飯,日式雪菜炒飯冇咁油膩,而且雪菜有少少酸咪咪嘅味道,另外飯粒裏面混和咗好多白芝麻,每一啖都可以食到芝麻嘅香味, 係好特別好出色嘅一款炒飯。

感覺整體就okay,不算是好出眾,可能冇點到youtuber力推的大腸鍋又或者鰤魚豬大根「售罄」。不過刺身都幾失望。我諗去過一次就差不多的餐廳,唔會話經常會想食返嘅嗰種,因為有很多好味很多價錢差唔多的居酒屋。

當我們吃第一口的時候,魚肉入口即溶的感覺令我們回味無窮
魚身的腥味及鹹水味,亦被處理得一乾二淨,完全只吃到魚肉帶來的鮮甜味,和口感上給我們的煙銀感覺
伴隨醋汁一同享用,亦是不錯的配搭!這一道菜必食!

這亦是我的最愛,鰻魚處理很好,沒有魚骨,而且鰻魚汁亦滲透在每一口的壽司飯內,滲透在口腔每一個味蕾上

這個是唐楊雞,與別的居酒屋不同之處,就是粉很少雞肉很多,雞肉亦很入味,很有咬口


最後一道是高菜炒飯!
本來我們已肚子飽了
但是高菜炒飯很入味,而且有白飯魚仔半在上面,成個感覺就好似下酒小菜一樣,很有吃零食的感覺,不知不覺間已吃了很多呢!
