位於繁華都市的尖沙咀,有這一間十分少人的日本餐廳,裝修擺設比較古舊,有幾個日本人在談天,好像去了日本的鄉郊。前菜是海蜇,太酸,每位收費$20。點了三樣東西,包括煮薯仔牛肉、燒豚肉飯、蒲燒鰻魚。其實還有其他壽司刺身的選擇,有機會再試吧。薯仔牛肉的味道大致上是關東煮,加入一些芋絲和紅蘿蔔,薯仔的烹調時間足夠,味道合適。豚肉飯沒有其他配料,豚肉比較肥,醬汁偏鹹。鰻魚的肉比較厚身,醬汁很多,燒很很香口。整體而言,食品質素大致符合預期。感覺到生意不太好,職員有點壓力。

老闆很好客,細心地為我們推介了很多食物。我們點了兩條魚作刺身、粒貝、海膽和生蠔。
The owner was hospitable, and introduced us varies kind of food.  We decided to order sashimi first, including two fishes,  whelk, Urchin and  Oyster first.

刺身的處理實在是好。終於有一間居酒屋懂得不用冰再把刺身浸死多一次,實在令人感動。魚整體的鮮味、旨味,完全在碟上呈現,沒有遺漏。雖然這歸功於食材本身,但適當的處理無礙能令食材進一步提升。很讚。

The handling of the fishes were good.  Finally, there was a izakaya did not drown the dead fish one more time.  Although the quality mainly depends on the fish itself, but will definitely being upgraded to a higher level with proper handling.  This was good.

貝類刺身的處理也是相當的好。微微添上青檸汁的粒貝、添加了魚子的生蠔,和可添加綠荳芽的海膽…全部配合得恰到好處,添加的調味和食材亦成功地將貝類的鮮味作進一步提升。也是相當的讚。

The handling of shell type sashimi was also good.  The izakaya had added a few seasoning or add-on on them, and able to upgrade the taste successfully.  It was also really good.

至於熟食方面,雖然選擇不算多,但也相當的充足。然而處理一點都不壞,尤其是那個炸魚骨,將魚骨炸得很鬆脆,可以輕易把它咬碎和吞嚥。
The cooked food was also good there.  The choice is not wide but it's definitely more than enough.  The fried food was also properly handled, especially the fried fish bone, you can actually chewed and swallow it easily.
