平時好少係香港食拉麵,因為覺得點都冇日本咁好食。但今次向朋友介紹下,試咗呢一間函館日式北海道拉麵。依間鋪頭最出名就係3.6牛奶拉麵,咁我哋就叫左一個黎試下。個湯味道好特別,牛奶湯底配上拉麵配搭一流,值得推介。另外我哋亦都叫咗另一個招牌菜,就係濃厚豬骨蝦拉麵,湯底比起牛奶拉麵更濃,啱晒重口味嘅朋友去試。另外我哋亦都加咗三款小食,分別係餃子、章魚小丸子同炸雞。每樣份量都好多而且價錢都唔係好貴。總括依然,依間北海道拉麵值得推介,價錢又唔太貴。

呢排咁多台風,暫時都未PLAN去旅行,去唔到函館,就來函館拉麵店嘗一下日式風味,望梅止渴。說是拉麵店,其實仲有好多唔同嘅食物種類,有超多小食選擇,簡直就是居酒屋的等級了~一紅一白,各有特色~北海道3.6牛奶芝士拉麵$98奶白色湯底好靚呀雖然好靚,但呢個唔係標奇立異的湯底來,食落仍然係熟悉的豬骨湯香味~只係加左好多3.6牛奶,增加香滑口感。好多芝士掛喺拉麵上面,配埋幼滑牛奶,口感很creamy~溏心蛋的味道也與普通的不一樣,是帶點甜味的濃厚地獄湯拉麵(小辣) $100朋友其實不太吃辣,但看到MENU說這是推薦菜,就決定挑戰一下小辣。果然湯底並不太辣,應是大部分人能接受的辣度,然後就是很香~!鹹度適中,叉燒也肥美,超推薦~!薯仔沙律$65看到賣相就被吸引了~其實就是薯茸配芝麻醬,簡簡單單,滿滿的澱粉質,當前菜吃很滿足~煎餃子$40幾乎每次吃拉麵也會點,表皮煎得香脆,點醋很美味!整體來說很推薦,因為兩款拉麵的湯底都很特別,小食種類也多,而且價錢合理,鍾意食拉麵的朋友絕對要一試!

我成日都覺得佐敦冇野食,但原來唔係,我今日食E間就係朋友帶我去,好食,但有點貴。入到去個環境好舒服,有bar檯坐,但因為我地有4個人,所以冇坐到bar檯。同埋唔知係咪因為餐廳離地鐵站較遠,我地去到同走都時候都唔太full。我叫左生薑牛肉飯,餐還有青瓜醃蘿蔔,味噌湯,沙律,挺多的。青瓜及醃蘿蔔爽口,酸酸甜甜挺開胃的。沙律普通,胡麻醬再多一點會更好。生薑牛肉飯份量挺多的,牛肉不像吉X家那些,肥的部份唔多,而且唔韌,洋蔥甜甜的少少爽口,同牛肉幾夾,芝麻亦增加了些少口感,整體都不錯,只是價錢有點貴。

日本這個月真是多災多難,不只遇上超級颶風,繼而是地震,貴為熱門旅遊點的她,損傷不少!突然懷念北海道拉麵,未能起行,只好留港懷緬,聽說函館元組北海道拉麵店的拉麵正宗,今晚剛好在左近,順道來一試。本來以為是一間只做拉麵的拉麵店,原來有如居酒屋般多元化,雖然如此,拉麵方面又幾特別,例如我選了的這兩款,濃厚豚骨蝦拉麵及北海道3.6牛奶拉麵。濃厚豚骨蝦拉麵 豬骨加蝦熬出來的濃湯、為湯頭添加了少少橙色,面頭一粒鮮蝦,沒有煎過,還過得去,溫泉蛋流心,叉燒肉用半肥瘦梅肉,皆符合水準,我覺得麵質最好,柔軟中有韌性。北海道3.6牛奶拉麵白雪雪的湯頭未見過,北海道牛奶向來香郁,原來配麵亦夾,最主要提升了順滑的口感。除了溫泉蛋及叉燒之外,加上車厘茄及青菜,感覺健康。整體過得去,平均分數 3.5。

北海道有3大地區的拉麵最為有名。旭川的醬油味,函館的鹽味和札幌的味噌拉麵。三處各有特色,難怪去北海道旅遊的人一定不會錯過。今日食清清地的鹽味牛油拉麵。湯頭清甜不會太鹹,來得自然不乾喉。加入牛油增加滑溜感和香味。麵條強韌豐有彈性,掛湯力也不錯。流心蛋用上曰本蛋,怪不得蛋味濃厚芳香。北海道刺身沙律份量頗多好抵食。醬汁酸甜開胃。上層放滿脆片增加了爽口感。炸雞即叫即做,新鮮滾熱,外脆內軟熟,不油也不膩,啖啖滋味!

位於佐敦的函館元祖北海道拉麵 ,是一間開舖十多年的店舖。拉麵店由日本人開設,是日是男朋友考日文的日子,我就帶他去吃合乎主題的東西,打打氣吧,哈哈。餐廳的食物種類超多,根本不是拉麵店,反而較像居酒屋或日本料理店吧。不過竟然主打拉麵,我就點一碗招牌麵吧。當日聽到某位客人問服務員:【為什麼餐牌上有那麼多豬骨湯底拉麵,豬骨湯是九洲的湯底喎】,服務員啞口無言。其實並非只有九洲是豬骨湯,北海道的拉麵也出名豬骨湯底,鹽味拉麵就是出自函館,是指豬骨味的清湯。北海道3.6牛乳拉麵$88這個拉麵的湯頭以豬骨湯和北海道特產的牛奶煮成,色澤奶白,清甜的骨湯中帶有淡淡奶香,味道溶合,滑溜順口,雖有油份,但喝光也不太油膩。叉燒片微厚,但質感過硬過靱,雞蛋的蛋味不夠濃,有點失色。麵條是西山製麵所的出品,質感彈牙,也屬不錯。
