見最近身邊啲朋友成日食DIY小丸子自己都想玩好耐就約人收工去附近玩下我地叫左一客小丸子先啲材料係8粒既份量黎既然後我地就跟住menu講既做都幾難整其實 完全同平時見到反兩下搞掂既兩回事但最後都算成功 有板有眼既~不過如果係比鐵籤而唔係竹籤整可能仲好少少起碼啲蛋醬整個陣唔會痴返住枝竹籤燒肉方面叫左牛同雞佢本身就醃左味 都幾入味架肉質都鮮嫩 厚度適中!不過一客既份量唔多 所以如果中意食肉既 可能要叫多幾客最後再叫多左個炒面填下肚佢啲材料都比得幾足 醬料就放哂喺枱等我地自由發揮我地炒完岀黎賣相都幾好呀又可以填飽肚子 又可以邊玩邊食 都幾開心架

星期日下雨天,無得去戶外,惟有去食野!心血來潮諗起呢間可以自己整章魚小丸子,就打去問1小時後有無位,好幸運的有位!我們就選了章魚小丸子和大阪燒,滿足我可以整哂兩款有教學說明,唔洗驚整唔到叫了2份章魚小丸子,每份可以整到約8粒小丸子。建議用中間果8粒位置,因為火力最強。整小丸子的過程都有店員過來試範和教我們點樣反轉成一粒粒圓的章魚小丸子,慢慢整就搞掂完成喇!每張枱都有醬料自己任加。之後就開始整大阪燒首先要撈好所有配料(除了煙肉是最後放上),然後倒落平鍋上。大阪燒比較簡單,就咁倒上就等佢熟,之後反轉去煎另一邊。完成品!又可以自己任加醬,好味道!

係朋友介紹下得知尖沙咀開左間可以自己整小丸子同燒肉既鋪頭,見咁得意就去試下啦雖然店員有介紹點整,但第一次整個樣就有d失敗,但味道都同出面既差唔多呢到既小丸子有好多味揀,今次揀左八爪魚年糕,幾得意,可以再encore! 但價錢可以再平d就好另外叫左燒肉跟餐有白飯同餐飲,唯一唔好係個爐好淺,成日比d油彈到!

朋友之前買咗個港女爐,我都冇機會上去玩。 估唔到畀我搵到間餐廳有得玩,仲可以自己整,一手一腳自己做。點了八爪魚小丸燒, 雖然粉漿一早已經幫我哋調教好,但係味道好自家feel, 食完又唔會好口渴。鹽味豚肉, 估唔到咁有驚喜, 本身叫豚肉, 係因為朋友唔食牛,所以就叫舊豬肉,一齊試下。點知店員都話我哋識食,原來舖頭賣嘅係日本本土豬,國產豚,淨係食番日本嘢,已經值回票價。 食嘢最緊要夠安心同安全, 一向都有啲崇日本嘅我, 所以食得更加放心。下次一定要再來, 最後仲喺門口見到安心嘅標誌。

話說呢間店一開我已經想去終於搵到朋友同我一齊去,佢話佢食開被服務既餐,食唔慣要自己動手的但當見到我將蛋漿放入小丸子機,慢慢傳黎勁香既味,佢忍唔住都一齊動手成品非常令我滿意,而家味道真係同大阪食既一樣我係大阪未食過大阪燒,以為同小丸子一樣味,點知原來有d 唔同,而家菜的比例好高食落係唔會膩,面頭的豬肉燒完後好crispy估唔到牛扒都好好味一見佢上碟,d 雪花分佈已經覺得物超所植,燒完入口發現d 調味都好正而且佢最正既賣點一定係一班朋友一齊煮飯仔feel 既過程又有得食又有得玩

見到呢間餐廳幾特別,除左有燒肉外仲可以自己燒小丸子!手殘既我第一次燒都無失敗!好食又好玩。燒肉也都十分出色,豬肉同牛肉都好滑好juicy,脂肪分布亦都頗為均勻!價錢亦都合理,值得推介!

男朋友生日想來試試這間餐廳。1星期之前打去訂位,有位先生接聽,我就把人數時間報上訂位,掛線之前問那位先生如帶蛋糕需切餅費,先生說不用還可以安排我們在餐廳進食。直到當天,確認定位時才知道人頭費最少要$100, 限時90分鐘。不緊要反正男朋友已選了就進去食吧。1塊普通又細又薄的豬扒收費要$65;不提供水;豬扒廚房幫我們煮但是不熟未熟透。食完我同一位女侍應說要切蛋糕,誰知她俾單我埋單🙄賣完單我以為她會遞上蛋糕;點知等左好一陣都冇。我再走上前同佢講我要切蛋糕。點知佢成盒蛋糕放返係枱面開都冇開,我同女侍應講「我而家要喺度切」,女侍應以一個爛仔嘅態度答我「咁你想點?我哋冇收錢餅費係咁㗎啦」。成件事真係令到我一家人同男朋友O晒嘴,你唔收切餅費你可以同我講,原來唔收切費嘅意思係咩都唔做就咁原封不動俾返個蛋糕我,起碼我都有心理準備,唔駛咁尷尬。最後我哋要係個紙盒上面分蛋糕食,刀叉碟咩都冇。一間小店如果要成功,食物質素、服務質素、環境因素全部都要一一俱備。呢1間完全係不知所謂嘅餐廳!

呢個做法都好簡單,除咗豚肉片,其他材料撈暈哂倒落去就得
如果想整靚啲就推佢啲邊邊,令佢變返個圓形

等多陣之後就可以鋪上豚肉片,然後就可以用佢專屬嘅鏟反轉,總共反兩次就差唔多熟哂,可以淋上啲醬汁同木魚片

原來燒章魚小丸子一點都不容易,我搞到一塌糊塗後,要麻煩職員幫手,才可以做出漂亮的丸子。製作小丸子不要太小心,愈是小心、輕力,反而更難成形。
