飲品都是自家製,所以,配上一支冷泡「茉莉烏龍茶」($12),口感圓渾清爽,跟所點的食物很夾。另外,還多要一支「現磨豆漿」($10)給家人嚐嚐,因為他們很喜歡鮮豆漿,不喜歡超市那些有防腐劑的出品。喝過之後,他們大讚小店出品有誠意

深水埗有新特色小食😃就係筲箕粉,即係將梯田糙米,磨成粉漿,然後用筲箕蒸,最後將佢手切☺️一聽就知係手工野好特別。牛腩筲箕粉好得意,筲箕河粉口感彈牙,有少少似腸粉嘅感覺,但係咬落去更加彈牙。由於係即叫即做,所以食嘅時候係熱辣辣,上面仲有啲菜譜花生,仲有佢哋秘製醬油,加埋就好滋味,30幾蚊來講好抵食。另外食咗手撕雞撈麵,撈麵本身炒過,所以好香口,入面仲有花生青瓜,雞絲係人手撕開所以食嘅時候更加有口感,整體都唔錯,但係自己來講會比較鍾意食筲箕河粉。最後仲加左份燒賣,值得一題,係佢哋嘅辣椒油,好好食🤓

同一班朋友聚會後返屋企,在深水埗見到新開了一間手工石磨筲箕河粉,價錢合理,還要即叫即做,所以買了返去同屋企人做宵夜。這裏的石磨筲箕河粉標榜是用了陳年梯田糙米經過多次碾磨至幼滑,然後再即叫即蒸,新鮮幼滑。手撕雞筲箕河粉全程望住店員搽油在筲箕上,再倒入米漿,蒸至剛熟,保持河粉幼滑,即切入盒,加上調味、花生及配菜,新鮮熱辣,河粉有米香之餘,又夠滑。滷肉筲箕河粉這間就比手撕雞味道略濃,河粉吸收滷肉汁香味,用匙可羹食更方便。牛腩豉油王撈麵撈麵是爽口,配上腩汁更添風味。
