人就係咁矛盾,唔鍾意殘舊嘅嘢但又好ok懷舊style🤣🤣🤣🤣今次試嘅九龍城同撈同煲,裝修同音樂都非常用心咁還原八九十年代嘅香港。以為打卡餐廳水準一定打個折,點知呢度嘅湯底、火鍋料同服務都無可挑剔,喺冇乜人再care疫情嘅時候仲有店員幫手淥餐具真係唔話得🥹🥹🥹🥹我地叫嘅係沙爹湯底,香濃到成間舖都聞到,店員話因為師傅會喺出餐前再炒香個沙爹醬,難怪好食過出面咁多🤣呢度嘅安格斯牛肉同埋羊肉片都好好食,腍得嚟有肉味,個人認為羊肉再好食啲!枝竹、墨魚滑豆卜呢啲吸湯汁神器對住呢個無敵湯底就發揮到最大功效🤣🤣🤣🤣~炸物方面比較鍾意響鈴,油溫夠高炸起冇油膩感,點埋糖醋汁就更正~食到最後仲有甜品送,有遮仔啫喱同糖不甩,啫喱係細個食開嘅青檸味呀~糖不甩幾有特色,要煲返熱個湯底烚返軟呢兩條條錦鯉再切粒轆花生碎,我地揀沙爹湯底簡直係專為個糖不甩準備咁😎

早一個月bk定位,我哋一行4人1830到,未多人,坐卡位,闊落舒服嘅,揀緊嘢食期間有個小肥哥哥攞碗筷過嚟,咁我下意識諗住自己洗啦,點知哥哥話等佢嚟,又幾好服務喎,喺塊膠paper holder面圈好食物,隔左一陣個老細埋嚟推刺身餐同海鮮餐,大約原價減幾百咁,fb like完就可以優惠價,好直接話呢排少左好多like叫我哋幫幫手,唔係求,係有少少怨氣feel嗰種,叫完刺身+海鮮餐like埋,大約15分鐘後就上刺身,之後老細話冇同我哋落火鍋料,想我哋食左刺身先,因為都大盤怕冇位擺,its ok,到食完刺身再攞塊板過嚟問我哋圈嘅火鍋料有冇嘢改,冇就落單,又等15-20分鐘先開始有嘢上,食物其實唔錯,不過我想講嘅係服務,我想落單或搵人幫手收嘢,舉幾次手都冇人,幾個侍應都好忙,理解嘅,老板又揼低頭篤電話,想落單都冇癮,5⭐為滿分環境:⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐食物:⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐服務:⭐⭐重點係老細本身有怨氣,意興闌珊嗰種,生意唔好所以咁都好理解,但老板都應該不時望下個場啲客有咩需要就叫伙記埋枱serve而唔係同太子女都喺度篤電話,呢個就真係不能接受,食物質素的確唔錯但都冇用,已經唔會回頭。

其實對於打邊爐一直都覺得就係一個好嘈嘅地方,成班人聚埋一齊,好似食一啲冇乜質素嘅嘢。不過朋友叫我去呢間其實比到一啲新嘅感覺我。呢間舖頭嘅裝修好地道,諗起好多以前喺香港嘅回憶。舖頭環境坐得好舒服。我地叫咗一個冬甫美人鍋,湯底非常之足料,有桃膠椎山咁,好濃好入味。另外我哋叫咗個海鮮拼盤,特價有四隻鮑魚、六隻大蝦、兩隻大蟶子。海鮮都好新鮮,特別係鮑魚同隻蝦都好彈牙。之後我哋仲叫咗個爆醬瀨尿牛丸,真係瀨晒尿😂 口感好好!我諗最驚喜嘅係最後嘅糖不甩。食到最後嘅時候店員仲話有呢個甜品送嘅,我哋原本諗住唔要,因為已經太飽,但係點知都幾好食,最後都係食晒。貌相靚仔,食落係軟林林,但係又煙韌,加埋花生粒好好食。仲有,欣賞老闆有用心揀過要播嘅歌,好有懷舊嘅味道!

呢間舖頭嘅裝修好地道,諗起好多以前喺香港嘅回憶。舖頭環境坐得好舒服。我地叫咗一個冬甫美人鍋,湯底非常之足料,有桃膠椎山咁,好濃好入味。

另外我哋叫咗個海鮮拼盤,特價有四隻鮑魚、六隻大蝦、兩隻大蟶子。海鮮都好新鮮,特別係鮑魚同隻蝦都好彈牙。

之後我哋仲叫咗個爆醬瀨尿牛丸,真係瀨晒尿😂 口感好好!

我諗最驚喜嘅係最後嘅糖不甩。食到最後嘅時候店員仲話有呢個甜品送嘅,我哋原本諗住唔要,因為已經太飽,但係點知都幾好食,最後都係食晒。貌相靚仔,食落係軟林林,但係又煙韌,加埋花生粒好好食。

仲有,欣賞老闆有用心揀過要播嘅歌,好有懷舊嘅味道!

如果鍾意食鴨血都推介大家叫呢個,因為佢唔係豬紅質地果d鴨血,佢係煙韌嘅,同埋建議大家都係要早落,滾耐d入味d,鴨血除咗質地緊要之外,入味都好緊要,呢個湯都襯到鴨血嘅,因為都有胡椒嘅辣味,如果係麻辣湯就一流啦!

👉安格斯牛肉(大)$268

呢個都好食,有牛味,仲有牛嘅油脂,烚完之後仲有油脂係肉面掛住。雖然唔會係入口即溶咁誇,但係都好軟好淋,好食!價錢方面同同類型嘅邊爐店相比係一般正常價錢咁。份量如果係3-4個女仔share都足夠。

👉鴛鴦蚌 $148

即係珊瑚蚌同桂花蚌。我本身好鍾意食珊瑚蚌,打親邊爐都會叫,我覺得呢個係正常質素😂無乜特別,鍾意食嘅可以叫下。

👉肥美鵝腸 $88

如其名,真係幾肥美😂大家記得唔好烚得太耐,如果唔係會無晒d肥。份量方面都ok,正常價錢。

👉美國桶蠔 $188

食開美國蠔嘅對蠔size應該都心裡有數,我呢次呢桶有5隻,所以都幾大隻,不過size唔係太平均有啲好大,有啲好細,烚完有啲細😂不過都明桶蠔係咁。都一樣,平時打邊爐叫開嘅,所以都會叫。

🌟總括然而,湯好飲,我係一個鍾意飲湯嘅人,所以個人鐘意呢類真材實料湯底嘅邊爐多過任食火鍋。當然食物質素同價錢都唔會可以同任食火鍋比。如果想好抵食,食得好飽,對食物要求唔高嘅會建議去任食火鍋,如果唔係大食人士,想食好少少嘅會推介呢類型嘅火鍋。呢間係港式嘅湯,但係食材有蜂巢豆腐同鴨血揀,又有啲台式咁都幾好。

今日去咗九龍城嘅同撈同煲打邊爐,呢間火鍋店係做咗香港懷舊特色裝修,好有香港舊式情懷!先叫左個胡椒豬肚少爺雞煲,胡椒豬肚湯底少少辣,少爺雞雞味濃郁有口感,雞同豬肚份量都好充足!之後火鍋配料叫咗封門柳,響鈴,美人餃,鴛鴦蚌!另外仲叫左小食老友鬼鬼,黑松露墨魚滑釀油炸鬼,好好食!封門柳牛味重,部位稀少,唔係好多餐廳有得食!美人餃內藏桃膠,女仔愈食愈靚!即炸響鈴非常脆口!珊瑚蛑同桂花蛑新鮮爽口!最後仲叫左花生糖不甩同啫喱,啫喱有遮仔,好有舊式冰廳既感覺,花生糖不甩係即場整,真係第一次見,感覺好特別!另外一提就呢度既自家製飲品唔錯,菊花蜜清甜幾好飲!
