蟹肉份量都不少,配有鮮蔬伴碟,每口飯都有鮮美的蟹肉,意大利飯軟硬適中,口感豐富。

香煎比目魚
配有土耳奇小米飯,紅椒粒和沙律菜,小米飯微辣,口感好特別,好食,廚師將比目魚煎到魚皮有焦香味,而魚肉仍保持嫩滑,值得一讚。

餐飲熱檸檬水和熱咖啡,檸檬用碟上,裝糖器皿好別緻,檸檬夠新鮮.入口香檸撲鼻,咖啡幼滑香濃。

今日我地要左個king crab and crab roe either edamame ova risotto 同埋個pan fried halibut with yuzu and avocado with cous cous salad. risotto個味好濃郁好creamy,雖然前菜已經食到好飽,但係依然會一啖追住一啖咁食!halibut亦都煎得好香口,配埋牛油果同yuzu就多左一份清新。

甜品方面都算好多選擇,我特別鐘意個macaroon同個lemon tart!

至於被cappuccino都值得一提,因為都好好飲! 以呢個價錢真係要約多啲同事一齊嚟!

味道層次相當豐富嘅甜品,香甜嘅蘋果片裹上桂花蜜🌼兩種材料嘅香味係口腔互相交織。底下配薄薄嘅香脆酥皮。旁邊仲有creamy嘅mousse,係用parma ham以及肉鬆去做,本以為呢個組合帶鹹可能會奇怪🤔但味道居然帶點芝麻香,加上丁點鹹香嘅味道又幾好食😚😚
