第一舊漢堡先試原味。外層充滿炭香🤩之前睇Alfred Chan Youtube話第一日開張,漢堡過鹹又唔夠汁,所以我都不抱太大期望,點知喜出望外🥰🥰完全唔鹹兼且超級超級超級多汁💦係完全爆汁💦漢堡肉質超鬆化,裡面食到已化開嘅洋蔥碎,炭香+肉香已經夠好食😋😋米飯呢日採用長野縣米,都幾軟熟。餐廳中間有幾個羽釜鍋不斷烹煮新鮮熱辣白飯,香港真係未必見過👍🏻

第二塊就可以配七彩調味。最signature一定係店家特製豆拌醬油,鹹香醬油混入大量黃豆,有種發酵過嘅香味😚配飯一流。另外可配生醬油、唐辛子、唐辛子檸檬、麻辣粉、椒麻醬等,全部都唔係普通料👏🏻尤其唐辛子檸檬、椒麻醬嘅惹味,令漢堡嘅味道增添層次😙😙中間仲可以食吓梅子醋漬白菜同埋特製柚子醋蘿蔔蓉,清一清味蕾。

呢一間係燒牛扒係日本最出名嘅「挽肉と米」多汁鮮嫩、 100%純和牛絞肉、炭火燒烤既超人氣漢堡排! 開店幾日已經大排長龍,我企喺國金兩個鐘頭拎咗飛,仲喺coffee shop等多一個鐘頭,喺中午12點先至有得食,不過環境同埋食物嘅質素都已經俾咗回報我, 甜米飯再配上蛋黃,再配上新鮮嘅牛肉,真係好好食,牛肉充滿咗炭燒嘅味道,加少少日本醬油,更加可以提升到味道,米飯嘅黏合度都好好,係一間好有質素嘅餐廳,不過排隊等好耐㗎。
