2. meat ball hk is over cooked.
in jp the mest ball inside remains slightly pink. but in hk is fully cooked. it over cooked. also they keep adding chocoal while burning the meat. the meat taste a bit burn and with coal smell. in jp. they add coal while empty the top meat ball. the cook detail is jp win.


3. ice lemon water. hk win. full of ice and very cold enuf in this hothot summer. we need this.


4. environment. hk win. jp store ventilation is bad. ppl are choking, coughing and sneezeing becoz of the escessive smoke indoor.


5. rice quality. hk win. jp store is too narrow. their rice dont have enough time to rest and allow steam and water vapor go out. hk hv 4 large rice pod keeping on serving customers. allowing more time for rice resting. more chewy and less watery.❤️

I had high expectations, and the experience was no doubt interesting but the burgers were small and not very flavourful, despite the condiments that they give you. The char was not particularly evident and the burger was well done which was a waste of a good coal grill. Slightly disappointed, given the hype and the 90 minute wait outside.

近期的話題之作必屬挽肉與米。我沒有試過日本店,所以純以一個普通食客來評評分。無緣在網上預約系統成功搶位,但適逢早上要到中環一趟,便順便到餐廳看看是否可以walk-in。到達時間大約10:50am,已經有大概20人排隊,餐廳亦準時於11時開始派籌。值得一讚是,餐廳可讓客人選擇用餐時間取籌,取完籌便可在指定時間回來用餐,這個處理對客人來說很flexible我和友人準時1pm回到餐廳,稍等了一會便可入內用餐。點了每人一份餐,我另外再點了泡菜小食和生薑梳打,泡菜味道比較清淡,好像不是太入味;生薑梳打則有很濃的薑味,不錯。漢堡牛肉的第一件餐廳建議原汁原味,用筷子切開漢堡,的確很Juicy,生熟程度亦剛好,吃到很香的炭燒味,奈何牛肉味不足,並沒有很驚艷的感覺,第二口加了一些黑胡椒和鹽後,較為好些,但老實說是有點失望的第二件的建議食法配酸汁及蘿蔔蓉,蘿蔔蓉很清甜,這個比起原味的食法,口感較為豐富。第三件配生雞蛋及醬油,雞蛋很香,我認為這是最好味的食法,另外餐廳亦有提供多款調味及配菜。此外,值得一提的是白飯,亦令我有點失望,飯太濕,沒有米香總括而言,$138 三件漢堡牛肉,還要在IFC,確實抵食,可惜

入到去基本上見個個都係食果個餐,職員安排好位置後就可以行出去自己落單,從旁會有職員幫手。餐牌可以參考尾三張圖🙏🏻返去座位時,職員會仔細地同你講解點樣試晒三種食法。值得欣賞嘅一點係職員會觀察你舊漢堡扒食嘅進度而陸續遞上餘下嘅數量👍🏻咁樣就唔會搞到舊漢堡扒凍晒,影響咗個質素😌

[挽肉と米食評1]

中環IFC新開的挽肉と米已是最熱門話題。

於2024年5月8天,開幕的第二天,我男朋友昨日食完後決定二刷,彌補昨天吃不到的我。

他好有可能是唯一連續兩日都有去到訪的「癡線人類」。
收到最多的查詢是怎排隊,要排多久等有關攞籌入座嘅安排。

暫時網上面比較少食評提及關於等位,有見及此,決定整合兩日的經驗,解答大家上述問題。

餐廳全店只有28個吧枱座位,座位數量非常小。以每個人只可以拿一張票。每張票上限招待2個,餐廳同時只可以招待14組2人食客。

加上由於上菜速度並不快,用膳時間大約位每組食客50分鐘,交還桌子的時間是很慢的。

如果你在餐廳開門前到達,職員會首先給張印有「感謝來店」的卡片,然後指示你跟人龍排隊,叫你不要走開。
11點餐廳開門後,職員會開始按照排隊順序派飛,及安排頭輪食客入座。

如果你不是頭輪食客,你可以持票離開。職員在派飛時會同你講大概飯餐時間,加上票上面有個QR Code,scan後就可以上網得知現時號碼,預留時間。

溫馨提示不要預很短時間回去,因為個叫號會一下子去得好快,最快試過30分鐘30張檯,很有可能在中環上班的人,已經過左lunch hour吃不到作廢了。

如果叫號過左5張檯,張票就會作廢。

開幕頭2天都非常多人,第一日早上11:30攞飛,飛號B124,要到傍晚6時先入座。第一天大概11:45已經有告示話全日的票已經派完。

根據網上系統顯示,第一日最後一張桌的食客票號係B253。

第二日早上11:00取票A77,要下午3點才有得進食。
據說頭輪食客甚至早上7點就開始排隊。

另外餐廳外有條後補隊伍,如果客人在那時段沒有來,就會開放給他們。比如客人的票時間是3點,但他們沒有到來,就會讓給後備的人。

大家可以因應上述時間判斷自己要不要來,我明白香港人喜歡排隊的熱潮。

至於不喜歡排隊的朋友可以等餐廳於6月開放網上訂座。那時餐廳會開放一半座位(即是每小時有7組2人食客),另外一半會留返比walk in。

總合了2024年5月7和8日連續兩天的食評。
坐落於ifc 四樓平台,背着維港美色下的以炭燒漢堡扒。

先在販賣機下單就可以欣賞廚師制作肉餅。

肉餅共有三種方法配搭🥩
最原始的食法,肉扒已飽滿肉汁,肉也很鬆軟,調味剛好。吃後我都眉色舞動,十分喜歡。

怕肉太膩可配飯吃。飯是來自日本長崎縣嘅月光米,吃得出河水的味道。

第一碗食完牛後剩完碗飯,自創隱藏食法,先加豆拌醬油添加鹹味,然後架椒麻醬、花椒、麻辣粉及少許鹽漬檸檬,鹹酸辣麻撈埋一齊,好開胃。

第二件扒則配每天新鮮即磨蘿蔔蓉及醋。酸味可解肉的肥膩。

來到第三個吃法,職員說有2種食法,一是只加蛋黃,二是加蛋黃蛋白及生醬油。第一天吃試了第二種吃法,味道十分奇怪,生蛋的蛋白很黏,跟飯撈在一起不搭。而且配肉的話,味道也沒有只加蛋黃那麼濃郁。第二天嘗試分開蛋黃和蛋白,先把肉放在飯上,再加蛋黃在肉上,好吃多了。肉吃完後,飯上仍留下很多蛋黃,這個時候加入少許醬油,提升鮮味。

飲品🍸
生薑蘇打像gingle ale,但薑味更重,略嫌普通,喜歡薑味的朋友可以一試。同樣的價錢,反而檸檬蘇打更有驚奇。雖然外表很醜,但喝下去十分清爽,更食到檸檬皮,非常推薦。

138元加一的套餐,吃到日本的風味,更有白飯仼添,順帶一提麵豉湯味道比五星酒店更好。如果想添,則需加15元。

呢間挽肉真係幾過分!我到餐廳用膳已一星期,但到現在都未退按金,只退了重覆收的那個,嘗試電郵+FB Message餐廳和chope都無覆,明明入座時話一星期內會退,真係好過份! 訂座系統麻煩,多收2次訂金,食完仲要唔退訂金,食餐飯比左3倍錢! 整個訂座付訂和不退按金系統,食次飯帶比客咁多麻煩,真係食物好評都變負評!餐廳非常差,又無人跟進,食完都唔退訂金,餐廳唔覆不負責任!客服無人回覆無人協助無人負責,千萬唔好幫襯!訂座訂金一星期都唔退,真係以後不吃了!

第一舊漢堡先試原味。外層充滿炭香🤩之前睇Alfred Chan Youtube話第一日開張,漢堡過鹹又唔夠汁,所以我都不抱太大期望,點知喜出望外🥰🥰完全唔鹹兼且超級超級超級多汁💦係完全爆汁💦漢堡肉質超鬆化,裡面食到已化開嘅洋蔥碎,炭香+肉香已經夠好食😋😋米飯呢日採用長野縣米,都幾軟熟。餐廳中間有幾個羽釜鍋不斷烹煮新鮮熱辣白飯,香港真係未必見過👍🏻

🍔兩食
第二塊就可以配七彩調味。最signature一定係店家特製豆拌醬油,鹹香醬油混入大量黃豆,有種發酵過嘅香味😚配飯一流。另外可配生醬油、唐辛子、唐辛子檸檬、麻辣粉、椒麻醬等,全部都唔係普通料👏🏻尤其唐辛子檸檬、椒麻醬嘅惹味,令漢堡嘅味道增添層次😙😙中間仲可以食吓梅子醋漬白菜同埋特製柚子醋蘿蔔蓉,清一清味蕾。

一個套餐包一隻蛋🥚可以係餐廳中間位置自己攞。建議可以留多啲白飯或者再添飯,因為蛋汁好多。不過個人最喜歡漢堡+白飯+豆拌醬油+少少唐辛子,味道好豐富❤️
