很早之前其實在日本涉谷吃過一次,當時吃後覺得沒有超好吃的,今次適逢香港開了不久,又給我撞手神搶到位置(一人是相對容易在飯點以外搶到,加上官方現在打激黃牛黨),所以本著"新屎坑 三日香"的名言再去過過口癮。香港這家位於中環ifc mall四樓,環境很開闊,進餐能看到維港景色,個人覺得環境成就了今餐的美味(涉谷那家環境個人覺得很侷促,吃著就很壓抑)味道方面很多人都説比日本好吃,我個人也這麼覺得,可能就是以上原因唯一要吐嘈的,而又是很多人吐嘈的,這家用的米飯實在不對口味,很多人都較喜愛米飯粒粒分明,吃進軟糯,但香港的就過於軟腍,吃著沒口感。總結:如你是漢堡牛肉迷,一定能滿足到你的食慾(有位朋友開店到現在已吃了3次🤣)#yummy #foodie #香港美食 #美食日記 #一人食吃什麼

沒有訂位,沒有排籌,就在外面等幾個鐘。說真的,如果等了幾小時但吃落的時候都無什麼特別的衝擊,老實講同失望沒有什麼分別。招呼很好,大家都很有禮貌,整個格局我都覺得合乎期望,抽氣做得好好,不過炭火燒卻沒有煙火的香味,我覺得較為失色。3個漢堡的味道,沒有覺得特別經驗。反而兩個另外叫的小配菜還不錯。個泡菜很合口我口味,個傻仔沙律就很一般了。最好食其實係個飯,那些配肉的醬(Miso 個個)其實真係可以配飯食。如果大家喜歡真係不如食多幾碗飯,反正免費。好彩今次係一個人去食,無帶老婆去,不然很難交代。

今日是平日,午飯時分正值正午,仍然可以排隊有飛在下午三時享用。店的裝修簡約,坐高櫈,有點嘈雜,有少少逼。這兒自助下單,然後自己取雞旦。看著店員在面前考漢堡,炭火熊熊,十分吸引。挽肉之米套餐$138有三件90克的炭燒漢堡、白飯和面鼓湯,另收加一服務費。漢堡烤得甘香,口感鬆化,-件有兩三口,滿有肉汁和肉味,牛肉味幾濃郁,但唔係咁多肥肉,正!桌面有六款調味料,而個人幾喜歡鹽漬檸檬和芥末,前者醒胃,後者減膩又帶少少辛口,比黑椒更有和風特式。把漢堡沾上日本雞旦汁,口感香滑,但少左肉味,再拌以豆醬白飯,味道濃厚又惹味,好吃!吃了一件有少少膩口,可以一試椰菜絲清下味蕾,再吃第二件,沾上不同的調味料又別有一番風味。其實漢堡本身已經有少少黑椒風味,吃原味,原汁原味也幾唔錯。但值不值得由早上八時半排到十一時開門,個人覺得半小時四十分鐘可以,但由早到午就不必了。

Arrived 5 minutes before my booking at 1:30pm. There were two lines, one on the left facing the restaurant was for walk ins, the one on the right was for those who booked.

You need to go in to let the staff to know that you have arrived for your booking. At first, the guy said there might be a little wait today, but very quickly I was being seated at 1:29pm ( 1 minute earlier than my original booking time)

You will then be asked to pay for your meal at the kiosk right by the entrance. It was pretty straight forward and there was a staff to guide you. Then everyone sit in circles facing the grill. Thank god the ventilation was pretty good, it was not smoky or smelly despite the meat are cooking in front of you.

There was a little wait before i got the first meat. Then the second and third meat all came in a timely manner. My meat was very juicy and well seasoned - it tasted as good as they could be eating by itself (no other condiments were needed in my opinion)

I was pretty stupid to drop the entire egg into last meat with the remaining rice. The correct way was to separate the egg white and the yolk and just drop the yolk.

Overall, nice and welcoming staff! Food was delicious (the last meat was a bit undercooked compared to the previous two but still acceptable)

Will come back more often if it’s not so difficult to book!

加入蛋黄後,漢堡扒更見滑溜,更好送飯,讓人不禁吃了兩碗🫣日本米配搭羽釜鍋新鮮現煮,偏濕軟啱晒鍾意食軟飯嘅我!隨餐還有一碗清甜的麵豉湯,試完心願達成(✌︎˙˘˙✌︎)

由於我期待值太高,在肉味這一點扣了不少分數,記憶只有洋蔥和黑胡椒,而且回家的路上也愈見口渴😥應該短期內都唔會著急再encore!

座位尚算舒服,前面會有廚師喺你面前搓漢堡扒,見你食完就會再幫你上第二塊。
食之前仲會教你塊嘅食法。如果怕唔記得嘅話都唔使驚,因為會有張紙會有教學,同埋會有唔同嘅調味料,可以因應返自己鍾意嘅味道而試。

由於我去食嗰陣時係夜晚,會有好靚既夜景Tim🤓🤓🤓

最後人均消費大概二百零蚊左右。我覺得都幾滿意。

唔好同深圳比,試下同自己牛角其他食肆比,成個booking system都已經有問題。真係建議佢整返入自己app做booking,好過仲要開多個booking site。

香港店嘅漢堡只有一個可取之處,係多肉汁。但完全係冇肉味,肉質偏林,食落感覺啲肉有好多粉係入面。啲飯第一碗都正正常常,之後添嘅飯勁濕,痴埋一舊,未食都已經睇得出係過多水份。柚子蘿蔔泥個柚子汁同日本店嘅完全兩回事嚟🥲 香港店嘅柚子汁太酸,味道太濃。另外加購一個泡菜小食同2杯酒精飲品,檸檬燒酎及梅酒。泡菜未醃夠,冇乜味;兩杯聲稱酒精飲品飲落唔覺得有酒精。朋友話檸檬燒酎好似檸檬水,好似唔記得落酒精落去。我杯梅酒,梅味好微弱,酒精成份似有若無咁,偏甜。

只能說,冇比較冇傷害🫠 之前食日本福岡店,店員好仔細照顧到客人,可以做到食完漢堡即刻上另一舊漢堡,客人唔洗等。米飯都係好軟糯,帶有米香。日本店漢堡的確冇香港店咁多肉汁,可能日本店漢堡嘅脂肪比例冇咁高,所以肉味都會重好多。

*香港店舖政策係每一小時20名網上預約位置,加8名現場排隊人士入內用餐。每位到場取籌人士最多可以拎2個人嘅用餐quotas。排隊人士可以拎不同時段嘅用餐時間,但每段時間都係得8個用餐quotas。
