男朋友最鍾意食澳洲龍蝦,適逢佢生日帶佢嚟食鐵板燒,師傅又識講笑好啱傾,每道菜都介紹得好仔細,價錢非常合宜每道菜都一試難忘,本身好怕魚腥味,但係佢嘅時令白金鯛整得好香,將魚鱗煎到好香好脆,食落口感外脆內軟,而且環境寬敞坐得好舒服,最後清酒煮蜆,係唔加水嘅直接燒將啲酒精揮發,每粒蜆大大隻非常鮮甜。本身仲怕唔夠飽加咗幾隻廣島蠔,又可以睇埋師傅表演一陣,所以如果真係唔夠飽,佢其實有好多單點嘅可以加。加埋最後嘅炒飯真係飽到撐😅🤣好滿足嘅一晚

The set includes abalone, lobster, beef, fried rice and dessert. The abalone and lobster are fresh, beef are ok but the fried rice is the highlight 😍😍 the fried egg on top enriches out the flavour and it is also perfectly cooked 🔥🔥 The dessert is a carmelised toast with coconut ice cream which is quite rare

A place good for celebration which has nice environment, good service🥰 what can you expect more from this price haha!

The set includes abalone, lobster, beef, fried rice and dessert. The abalone and lobster are fresh, beef are ok but the fried rice is the highlight 😍😍 the fried egg on top enriches out the flavour and it is also perfectly cooked 🔥🔥

The dessert is a carmelised toast with coconut ice cream which is quite rare from other teppanyaki shop as they normally just serve u pudding and ice cream haha!

This restaurant also serve omakase which is one of my fav in HK too, defo will revisit again soon♥️

現在坊間的Omakase跟鐵板燒餐廳開得越來越多,價錢更越來越大分別,便宜的可以幾百蚊一個人,貴則可達幾千蚊一個人,味道更不用說參差的不可理喻!所以今日我突登去一間Omakase跟鐵板燒混合的餐廳,睇下會唔會兩種食法會各有差別!今日來到哩間位於中環閙市的一間餐廳,價錢相對上真的偏高端,環境也是相當不錯,他分開了鐵板燒以及Omakase兩邊的,而我選擇坐在鐵板燒那邊獨立房間,有需要的時間可以有更多私人空間海膽拿破崙海膽絕對不能少接下來分享鐵塊燒的部分,食材新鮮到不可理喻龍蝦🦞大得誇張鮑魚更是彈性一絕這間餐廳才開業了一年多,雖然未到要等幾個月先食到,價錢不菲,但一間餐廳同時有兩種感受,實屬少見,大家有時間經開中環都可一試😋😋😋

店舖環境清幽舒服😌服務殷勤周度,最重要係食物味道十分有水準。鐵板燒師傅非常貼心,會問客人的口味已調教食物嘅味道。龍蝦鮮甜美味,肉汁有彈性,而且帶有香味,無論造型或者味道都超吸引帶子新鮮嫩滑,加上魚籽醬,更添幾色彩清酒煮蜆一啲都沒有腥味,酒味不會太濃,配合得啱啱好美國牛肉容易入口,其中我更喜歡肥牛加蔬菜卷,因為口感更有層次😆炒飯香噴噴,一啲都唔油,加上荷包蛋更完美龍蝦頭仲可以做一個龍蝦湯,真係食之有道日最後來個冷靜與熱情之間的雪糕與脆卜卜的士多,完美😍

喺香港食過咁多間Omakase, 感覺依間可以話係性價比高嘅一間👍,依度裝修得十分型格,聽師傅講:如果想要多啲私隱度仲可以間房最多坐8至10人,我眼見壽司大廳可以容納坐18-20人,另外餐廳隔離仲有三間鐵板燒房,每間可坐8至10人,私隱程度很高!唔掛得之見到咁多明星影相打卡🤩服務方面:廚師跟server都很細心照料,入座板前師傅會很貼心地詢問飲食禁忌,然後細心地講解每一道菜品,整個流程非常享受☺️每一款都很肥美鲜甜,幸福感爆棚印象比较深刻的有:武士蠔拖羅紫蘇海膽拿破崙白象拔蚌蝦夷鮑螢光魷魚🦑值得推介⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
