魚肉質好嫰滑,魚鱗脆口,碟上嘅白芡係魚湯黎,鮮味十足,兩者食落非常夾!

✨鵝肝我唔食,所以送咗俾友人食。

✨處理鵝肝之前師傅已經煮緊個清酒煮蜆嘅湯底,感覺十分用心。
啲蜆一開殼,師傅就即刻拎出嚟,所以熟度真係剛剛好,咬落爆晒汁,而且啲肉係勁嫩!
面頭嘅柚子皮令成碗湯加分不少!!👍🏻👍🏻

🥩佐賀和牛
煮前師傅會問會幾成熟,我點了五成。
切成一口SIZE好易入口,外脆內軟,油脂豐富!
旁邊嘅蒜頭我非常欣賞,佢係切到好薄好薄個種,食落蒜味唔重,令和牛加分不少!

🦞龍蝦湯麵豉湯
岩岩用淨落黎嘅龍蝦頭湯,味道正常。

🍚炒飯
飯上面冇一粒煎蛋,呢個做法非常少見,但我覺得蛋液令個飯好食咗。

🍦甜品係黃糖多士+雪糕
不過多士有啲過火,邊邊位苦苦的。

工作忙碌過後,要懂得對自己好一點,今晚系我同老公既結婚周年紀念日,當然要食好D啦,餐廳環境優雅整潔,見到師傅亦細心製作食品,猶如藝術品一樣的菜式,除了味道一流之外,視覺上亦令人賞心悅目,整體上,食物環境,絕對對得起價格,下次會再次光顧!

搵食搵到黎中環,呢間餐廳有Omakase同鐵板,我地今次揀左鐵板燒。可能我地早到,師傅只係招呼我地一台,有傾有講,非常健談,唔同大多數師傅只係掛任低頭煮完就算數。環境又舒適,喺高層,景靚,空間感夠,上菜節奏感ok,滿意既一餐,不過好似有啲唔夠飽😂😂

昶有日式魚生和鐵板供應,已經吃了兩頓魚生,今次試吓昶的鐵板。12點多到達昶,幾張鐵板枱已滿座,以星期日中環樓上食肆而言,昶的生意相當不錯,可能天氣轉涼,相比魚生那邊比較清閑,只有幾位客人。我們點了龍蝦牛肉套餐,每位HKD640,中環午餐這個價錢不貴。有沙律、龍蝦、帶子、蛤、牛肉、抄飯及甜品。龍蝦是澳龍,新鮮生猛,師傅加了日本蟹肉和蟹膏抄,只可惜蟹肉搶了龍蝦的鮮味,不能特出龍蝦的爽滑,個人比較喜歡原汁原味,好的食材本質已足夠。cavier帶子倒是美味可口,帶子超級鮮甜,sake蛤肉也相當不錯,牛肉份量比較少,但都是高水準之作,櫻花蝦抄飯我個人不太喜歡,但味道絕對是可以,甜品是雪糕加鐵板糖多士,沒太大花考也沒有魚生那邊的甜品精緻。反而師傅的鐵板蒜片超鬆脆,是我在香港吃過最好的一間。要一提的是昶的服務質素超高,由侍應以致師傅都非常貼心,讚👍🏻昶的鐵板是美味的,材料是新鮮優質的,但同魚生那邊相比就比較略為遜色,但我一定會為那鬆脆蒜片再次幫襯!

The environment is nice and not many people.They provide sushi and tenpayaki. This time, I try sushi omakase. Same as most of the sush omakase. You will be Super Full.Overall Review:話明係omakase,食物當然係廚師決定。食物質素正常,沒有太大驚喜。Food quality is normal, not the best and but good environment and good service. HKD 2300 per head for dinner sushi OMAKASE依家好多間都只係千幾,呢個價錢唔算特別平,所以短期我未必會再嚟。

餐廳分為幾個區域,用餐私隱度尚可,適合商務午餐。套餐有好幾個選擇,食材新鮮,尤其是帶子和魚子醬搭配出來的鮮味十足。主菜可以說與同類商業區的鐵板燒大同小異,但驚艷的是炒飯,配合流心荷包蛋不常見,令炒飯不會乾巴巴的。整體來說屬於可以回頭再來的地方。
