To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 香港老飯店,在尖沙咀寶勒巷,今日跟同事在尖沙咀開完會之後,順便喺附近搵食,就想起呢個歷史悠久老飯店。顧名思義,這飯店係傳統嘅老式飯店,專做一般上海滬菜。我們也不是第一次來了,鋪坐下來我們便點了煎腸粉、醉豬手、素春卷、炒青瓜、炸蓮藕和雜菜。 一如以往,味道穩穩陣陣,沒什麼驚喜,也沒什麼失手,在疫情之下,人流也比較少,也能夠比較放心地舒舒服服食一個午餐。價錢方面,這老飯店也不算便宜,偶然來一次懷舊一下,也還算可以的。

香港老飯店,在尖沙咀寶勒巷,今日跟同事在尖沙咀開完會之後,順便喺附近搵食,就想起呢個歷史悠久老飯店。顧名思義,這飯店係傳統嘅老式飯店,專做一般上海滬菜。

我們也不是第一次來了,鋪坐下來我們便點了煎腸粉、醉豬手、素春卷、炒青瓜、炸蓮藕和雜菜。 一如以往,味道穩穩陣陣,沒什麼驚喜,也沒什麼失手,在疫情之下,人流也比較少,也能夠比較放心地舒舒服服食一個午餐。

價錢方面,這老飯店也不算便宜,偶然來一次懷舊一下,也還算可以的。

今年第一次吃大閘蟹秋天到就想起吃大閘蟹!往年也有來過這裏吃,除了大閘蟹,其他中菜也不錯,而且容易訂枱,所以選擇了來這裏吃大閘蟹。我們點了兩位用的大閘蟹套餐。每人一隻五兩的公蟹(單點$388/1隻),涼菜兩款,小菜兩碟,湯,小籠包,雲吞,還有水果跟甜品,很優惠。大閘蟹:蟹膏好香滑,蟹味很重,蟹肉也很多,鮮甜美味!蟹粉海鮮羹:蟹肉跟蟹粉也很多,湯底鮮甜! 蟹粉小籠包:蟹粉香濃,肉新鮮,肉湯很多,不錯。冬菇豆苗:冬菇軟熟,豆苗新鮮,很好。小菜份量多,味道不錯,整體非常好,會再來。

食物失望,松子黃魚很腥,汁太酸。小籠包很一般,X翠小籠包都比他好,D肉好實,烤雙方D汁又太甜。上海粗炒賣相很差,但反而味道OK,全餐只有上海粗炒比較出息,其他的都不好。環境尚算乾淨,母親節週末晚上都有大量空檯。侍應態度一般,不是很好但也不差, 茶都一般,好淡。所有菜式都很油,如果跟老人家去,點菜要小心。去之前對呢間餐廳期望很高,素聞他的菜式quality很好,但非常失望,除了上海粗炒較好外,其他的菜式都不太好。
