This is one of the signature dish I was dying for to try and it didn’t disappoint me. Threadfin is so tender and it was cooked just right. The fragance from chicken oil with Xiao Xing wine was amazing! It spread across the dining room right away. Very impressive!

Crab is huge and meaty. Easy to get the meat out as kitchen smashed the shell a bit. The rice rolls absorbed all those seafood juice and sauce. I can exchange crab with more rice rolls!

Stir fried glutinous rice
This dish shows how skilful this kitchen is. Each rice just slightly stick with each other. Texture is just right. Not too high nor too soft. Definitely a very strong finish for the dinner.


Thumbs up to all the staffs there. All of them are very friendly and caring. Feel like taking care by own uncles and aunties. Such a warm atmosphere.

The reputable shrimp toast was finger-licking good. They had crunchy skin, contrasting with the bouncy minced shrimp inside. The toast also derived more textures from enclosing a large piece of shrimp. Despite the generous size of the toast, I did not find it too greasy.

The almond and pork lung soup, which is notoriously complicated to prepare, is another signature here. Personally I find the strength of almond flavour and aroma just right, with slight hint of dried bok choy. The grainy soup was served at the beginning, so people with small appetites may consider not finishing it all at once to avoid being stuffed.

餐廳好細,得幾張枱,所以都坐得幾迫,服務就同普通酒樓差唔多,不過勝在食物方面相當滿意,值得推薦。

如果想訂位,午餐建議早一個月打電話,晚餐就要早三個月打啦

話說昨晚終於嘗到預約多時的食店 20:00開始 早前本人幾次都是品用午膳 試過食品都幾好 咪預約晚餐一心帶太太生日飯試試啦,點知待遇差透。昨晚我三位已留的餸 杏汁豬肺湯,燒乳鴿兩隻,花雕雞油馬友,姜冲蟹煲。食品正常水準,但不是天上有地下無個隻,講真東寶好過佢好多,可惜已結業。況者上述一湯三餸連四支藍妹,最後結帳$1800唔平咖,話說上完湯即上乳鴿,兩樣都需熱食比較好 我地三位坐樓下 張枱比較細少 已經空間有限 咁我地交替食品嘗啦,點知拿起最後一件乳鴿後,即刻收走隻碟,繼而即上馬友並且即場幫你分魚 ,咁趕咖,咁都算啦 叫支啤酒傾吓計 同朋友吹水 點知叫到第四支,負責人佢同我張枱三位講 你告地仲叫啤酒啊,我心諗妳想表達咩呢,另外 我個蟹煲裹還有好多腸粉 又還有兩件蟹 伙記竟然講要收走 ,唔係啊嘛,我即刻說仲有咖喎 我想慢慢食得唔得 個男老伙記即刻品報告給負責人聽 我張枱就在她隔離枱 所以我清楚聽到,我前後用餐當時只是約1小時 當時晚上21:00 究竟妳想點 ,地下另外三張枱 全部熟客 並無以上情況 況者都是剛上菜 應該不是趕收工啦  好啦 女伙記前後兩次吹上糖水 第一次我無理佢 第二次再問

算 無癮 埋單走人 點知出門外 只得一個女仕吸烟 並無其他人等候  我感覺原來是阻妳和熟客開party 咁負責人又何必接其他生客 不如關門只做回妳的孰客,vip 電話也不接受預約啦 我想睇吓妳維持到幾耐

嘢食幾好食都無用啦 連基本待客之道都無 講真 嘢食都唔係講到咁無敵啦

OVERALL: defos write your menu in advance to get the best of the best, staff is extremely helpful - limited seating / small space so you’ll be a lil cramped but itll be worth it!

DISHES:
🐖baked pork chop rice - signature dish and good for the ‘gram, taste wise pleasant, topped off w/ one fried egg per person, massive portion definitely enough for seconds and thirds for group of 8

🦐shrimp toast - MUST ORDER, perfect crunch and shrimp/toast ratio ‘nuff said

🦀xo crab rice roll - another must order, juicy and meaty crab. rice roll is on another level, given its already stir fried w/ XO sauce no other condiments needed

🦆pigeon - smaller sized than what you’d usually get at 大排檔(street stall), flavorful but not must order

米飯粒粒分明、油潤、生熟度掌握得剛剛好,配合臘味嘅油香味真係食唔停口,各種食材有不同的火喉要求,食得出師傅的細心和耐性,非坊間糯米飯用蒸煮走捷徑的方法。。。糯米耐飽又暖胃。不過如果腸胃不好的話不能多吃,少吃卻無妨。

合時係一間用心做嘅中式街坊小炒飯店、睇得出大廚權哥同經理嬌姐都非常用心經營,要挑剔的話老板要留意餐廳洗手間嘅衛生情況!9 個月前幫襯到現在都係沒有改善,明白洗手間為處地牢,容易淤塞,不過事在人為,尤其是在疫情下更要盡快改善改善!
