其實同我以前食過既古法蒸魚既做法差唔多,都係有菇同肉絲鋪面一齊蒸,但係呢個特別在佢底下有塊荷葉一齊蒸,
所以有陣好香既荷葉味,咁樣既配搭食條魚真係唔錯,雖然話懷舊,但係食落其實覺得仲有新意。
兩老都好滿意呢餐,仲話要下次再黎食過添!

紅燒肉食落有啲似五花腩,醬汁味道唔會太過咸,而且紅燒肉亦都醃得好夠入味😄佢嘅肥瘦都做得算係均勻,所以入口唔會好硬身,肉質夠腍又香口😋

配上蝴蝶夾,其實係蒸饅頭而成!有六片,形狀似蝴蝶🦋擺喺蒸籠上邊都幾靚😌用饅頭包住紅燒肉,剛好中和燒肉油脂嘅肥膩感~另外饅頭吸收左醬汁嘅精華再入口,味道亦算可口😉

羊烤子羊肋排!個人都幾推介!因為羊味好香,烤得外脆內嫩~羊肉好入味,帶點酸酸甜甜嘅口感非常開胃!而且加左芝麻喺上面,更加香!羊肉質地嫩滑唔乾身,水準唔錯!而旁邊嘅西蘭花亦都落咗心思,有鹹鹹地嘅味,容易入口

香芒綠茶甜簿撐,簿撐皮帶點甜甜地, 配以芒果食味道亦算係匹配!有四舊,皮帶點煙軔!所以食完之後都有少少飽~旁邊有香甜西瓜粒,有種清新嘅感覺

飄香榴槤酥內含榴槤蓉,榴槤味超香,一切開已經聞到, 榴槤蓉味都唔會好假,甜甜地暖暖地咁,好開胃!榴槤酥都幾香脆,配以芒果食可以消膩!

話說呀哥去左HoneyMoon,屋企得兩個人真係懶得煮,一於同呀媽繼續出街食飯算。都好似係第一次去酒店食中菜,重要係何文田區,當新嘗試下!一坐低,已經覺得樓面的員工服務態度好好,好有禮貌,令人感覺好舒服。先黎一份秋葵開開胃先。冰鎮的處理方式令秋葵更爽身,配上芥辣去食,味道清爽得黎又夠味道。 味道爽爽甜甜,唔錯。我點左一份雞湯,雞湯的味道好香好濃,但可以見到湯汁十足清透,唔會覺得肉味好重而有雜質。藥材味唔濃,充份飲到雞同豬肉的香味,飲落好舒服。媽媽就叫左魚雲豆腐羹,食落有D飲平時去飲宴的魚肚羹。味道唔錯,而且好飽肚。羊肋排係一個大驚喜,6件大大件的羊肋十分足料,咬落去羊皮脆卜卜,而肉質非常腍,加上半吋厚左右的羊脂肪,其實感覺有少少似五花腩既感覺。醬汁味道唔算太濃,岩岩好可以壓住羊的脂肪味道,唔錯!六舊有質數的羊肋骨只係呢個價錢,推介要食!以蓮藕夾住蝦膠去油炸係一個唔錯的組合,味道係油炸之後依然保持到清爽的口感,其實唔錯。只係炸漿有少少厚而有點可惜,但整體都OK。食到咁上下,都係時候食甜品啦。半層紫薯配上半層山藥,味道偏甜,紫薯味道好突出,同呀媽每人兩舊岩岩好。(西瓜都好甜XD)食完咁多野

移居馬來西亞的姨姨今晚回港探我們,真的很久沒見。今天舟車勞頓,我們索性在酒店用餐,那麼吃完便可以回房間休息。我對於江西菜的印象,都是糖醋魚、紅燒肉與黃瓜這些菜,姨姨叫我隨意點就好了。點餐前,店員先給我們xo醬,蠻惹味呢。蒜香糖醋魚上桌時好像魚肉沒有幾塊,不過每一塊都蠻大塊,上層還有少香蒜加持。糖醋魚魚肉絲絲分明,而且燜煮軟嫩入味,酸酸甜甜的滋味令人食慾大開,不過這魚骨刺較多,故吃時要較小心。隆平醬蘿蔔片極薄的捲曲起來的模樣,如同花球般細緻可人。蘿蔔的爽脆口感與酸酸甜甜的隆平醬汁香氣完美結合,挺不錯的開胃菜。蒜泥黃瓜伴海蜇的黃瓜看似普通,吃起來卻脆中帶酸辣,微微的,很順口。海蜇脆嫩爽口,搭配蒜泥黃瓜一起吃口感相當不錯且開胃,用來做熱菜前的開胃菜挺合適。石斛桂圓燉竹絲雞燉出鮮甜精華與竹絲雞肉的細緻鮮嫩,極佳口感。原汁原味的健康雞湯,入口爽順甘甜,飄著雞肉的香氣。香芹木耳炒山藥口感較清淡,不過更能吃出食材原味,木耳吃起來還蠻滑溜,山藥片則口感爽脆,香芹則在此菜擔當提味之用。贛州紅燒肉伴蝴蝶夾這道熱菜對於我來說很特別,因為平日吃紅燒肉都是直接吃,但原來江西的吃法是夾著蒸包皮。其實這樣吃真的不錯
