老婆要去龍豐買藥,就順道在油麻地吃紅伶飯店,久仰這傳統港味飯店,當然期望也多了點。兩人最後跟著OR, 點了墨魚片,九肚魚和蠔仔粥。店員有推薦滷水,只是我家樓下就是生記,太常吃所以就沒點了。先上墨魚片,就厚切墨魚壽司的那種墨魚片,自帶比八爪魚爽口的口感,淋上麻油,點上芥末醬油,不錯。可惜它讓我想起了以前吃過的冰鎮青檸芥末薄切螺片,口感和清新度都會比這墨魚片更勝一籌。椒鹽九肚魚如圖一樣,不似外面的淺黃色,更橙一點,也更鹹香。配的㴔汁也比較酸,相得益彰。蠔仔粥潮式做法,蒜味茜香,也很不錯。埋單HKD 308, 墨魚片九肚魚各HKD 139. 味道是不錯,但份量較少,性價比一般。
