朋友臨時相約吃晚飯,我們便選擇了雄館,幸好當日傍晚預約也可預留一張枱。到訪之前,先參考了其他食評,大致都是認為食物水準不錯,但服務態度有待改善。我哋到達之後,侍應們嘅態度出奇地友善,知道我們有小朋友特意開一壺水,同埋準備小朋友餐具,頓時感到很窩心。我們點子冰鎮鮑魚,燒BB鴿,黃金魚皮,冰梅骨,黃金蟹肉炒飯,小炒皇和一口反沙芋。冰鎮鮑魚真是鎮店之寶,微微嘅酒香,沾上芥辣豉油將鮑魚鮮味大爆發。BB鴿燒得香脆,用上荔枝柴火煙薰,每一口都很滋味。黃金蟹肉炒飯用料上乘,炒飯粒粒分明,每啖都有咸蛋黃的香味。小炒皇和冰梅骨不過不失。最後上菜的反沙芋加入葱頭,甜中帶有葱香,飽肚但不膩,十分好吃。

我們點子冰鎮鮑魚,燒BB鴿,黃金魚皮,冰梅骨,黃金蟹肉炒飯,小炒皇和一口反沙芋。

冰鎮鮑魚真是鎮店之寶,微微嘅酒香,沾上芥辣豉油將鮑魚鮮味大爆發。

BB鴿燒得香脆,用上荔枝柴火煙薰,每一口都很滋味。

黃金蟹肉炒飯用料上乘,炒飯粒粒分明,每啖都有咸蛋黃的香味。

小炒皇和冰梅骨不過不失。最後上菜的反沙芋加入葱頭,甜中帶有葱香,飽肚但不膩,十分好吃。

整體來講,野食係好有水準。但態度好差。侍應好串。首先,我都未坐定,佢已經係咁催落單,話有啲款係有限供應。我話我要等齊朋友,我另一個朋友到咗,佢又過嚟話如果要落單就快啲落,驚冇貨,我話要等埋朋友過嚟先。我哋一共有七個人。只係嚟咗兩個就吹落單。碟炸魚皮,得底個幾舊叫大小小,其他都同薯片一樣大小。咁我哋就同佢反映,個侍應冇理我哋,我哋再講多兩次,佢先至冇辦法理吓我哋,我哋要求取消,跟住就換咗一另一個侍應,過嚟好串話係咪唔要唔要?我地搭係,跟住佢話:唔要我留返俾自己食。態度勁差。其實我唔需要佢哋好殷勤嘅招待,我選擇留喺香港消費,代表我對你哋要求唔高,你木口木面係冇問題我預咗。但燶口燶面,講嘢寸嘴,扮聽唔到,就好難接受。雖然嘢係好食,但我以後都唔會再幫襯。生炸bb鴿,外皮脆得來肉汁好好保留,肉好嫩。黑醋骨肉好淋,醋汁調得剛好,醋味不會太重太搶。荔枝香煙燻雞外皮煙燻得好香,當然肉煮得剛好,不會嚡口。蠔仔雞蛋仔沒有驚喜,啫啫芥蘭煲完全冇鑊氣,冇咸香味,似就咁肉碎炒菜多啲。魚皮太碎沒有試,但就食咗一肚氣。還有荷葉飯,蠔仔粥都係唔錯。

蠔仔雞蛋仔
雞蛋仔嘅餡料,而家越來越多款式,但係多數都係甜嘅,呢間餐廳竟然研發到加入蠔仔,怕少少腥,就可以點魚露同Wasabi。比起平時嘅蠔餅會冇咁油膩,而且每粒雞蛋仔都有蠔仔,冇揾笨。

豉油王細花竹蝦
每隻蝦蝦味濃,又鮮甜,食到少少蝦膏。用腸粉墊底,掛鼓油汁力強。我覺得唔想食麵/飯,叫呢款做主菜都可以。

煎咸鮮馬友
口感似食緊香煎小黃魚,但魚皮更脆卜卜,魚肉的鮮味更突出帶有鹹香的味道,不算多骨,又大條,所以好多肉食。
