這個先係我地來嘅重點,店員在一邊用氣把氣球吹滿,然後拿著飄飄下的氣球過來。在汽球上方一吸,說話說會變弓 minions 聲,說了兩句就沒事了,很搞笑。而汽球還可以吃的。

最後上的甜品很有美感。酒香很濃,那咖啡更是Trimble espresso 咁,點了手指餅後都覺得很濃,為怕睡不著,我們把手指餅伴tiramisu 吃好了。

今晚收工同媽媽兩人出去撐枱腳去hygge食飯餐廳環境果然好舒適而且價錢又唔算貴都幾啱三五知己一齊去食叫左三文魚沙律三文魚色澤鮮豔 食落都好新鮮蕃茄仔幾多汁下面既沙律菜用黑醋搭配食完好開胃之後有餐包烘得暖暖地 牛油又夠香餐湯係蕃茄濃湯裡面有菇、肉等等多種材料真材實料飲完已經開始飽主菜要左西班牙式脆皮乳豬好大碟份量都幾多第一次食唔係中式既乳豬乳豬皮香脆得黎又唔會燶裡面既肉好嫩滑又唔會太油膩食落都幾juicy旁邊酸酸甜甜既椰菜都幾清新甜品有earl grey panna cotta食落好香濃既伯爵茶味但又食得出奶既香味兩者相輔相成好滿足了

馬賽魚湯海鮮鍋,配DIY意粉($258)
起初還以為馬賽魚是魚的一種,查問一下店長才知道馬賽魚湯是法國高級料理之一,主要是用多種地中海的魚產再加上多種香料餚製而成。

餐廳自製的馬賽魚湯再加入多種海鮮,包括青口、蜆、蝦、龍躉,鮮味再提升了幾倍,令人唾延三尺。

另外餐廳想得非常周到,享用完海鮮還可以利用魚湯的湯底DIY煮意粉,餐廳還提供芝士、香草、橄欖油等調味料,一滴湯都都唔浪費。

甜品
最後餐廳秘製的甜品竟然係一個氣球!不過呢道甜品係玩多過食。師傅用糖膠打入氦氣造成氣球,當客人咬穿氣球時吸入了氦氣就會變聲成為minion~bello! 效果只會維持幾秒,不會對人體有害。問題在於食咗好似冇食,一定要另外叫多個甜品XD

早兩日喺Facebook見到有個朋友share左一張相,係食一個氫氣球嘅甜品,覺得幾得意所以就問咗佢拎地址今日過嚟試吓原來就係荃灣廣場隔離非常方便餐廳環境幾舒適,座位夠闊落,而且仲有室外位置可以選擇餐廳提供嘅菜式都幾特別,好多自創嘅菜式,而且黑板上面寫咗廚師推介/每日精選可以參考蟹肉三文魚明太子醬賣相好似花之戀中間個醬味道夠濃郁又唔會咸,而且一粒粒明太子增加口感,三文魚夠新鮮南瓜忌廉濃湯好足料既南瓜湯味道唔會太甜,每一啖都有濃郁南瓜味+滿滿既南瓜蓉,份量都幾多紅蝦蒜蓉意粉兩隻大紅蝦,餐廳好細心,中間已去殻,蝦肉爽口彈牙,加上煎過,所以好夠味意粉辣辣地,比較乾身海南雞咖喱糯米飯好可愛ar~隻雞好似紮咗2條辮咁除咗雞腿外,其他已去骨,非常方便餐廳加咗好多香料去醃個雞,所以好香好夠味,不過肉質較乾,雞下面有糯米飯,雞味入曬去依個Tiramisu 有別於出面,佢個Tiramisu既材料分開曬可以自己再diy,朋友唔中意食Tiramisu就係因為個咖啡蛋糕,今次分開咗佢就食喇最後上既係餐廳既特特特色氫氣球甜品,個球係糖做,食得嫁,係氣球中間吸一下再講野,就會變咗卡通聲好得意丫

▲最後我地叫咗個藍莓芝士餅 ($68) 做甜品,蛋糕上枱之前店員仲會俾一個氫氣球你,原來係食得㗎!用力一吸你就會即刻變咗minions聲 (因為入面泵咗氦氣),記住準備手機錄片,因為實在太好笑啦,哈哈!爛咗嘅波波其實就係糖漿,可以成個食咗佢,真係食得又玩得呀!而真正甜品芝士餅細細件,口感紮實,入口順滑。

之前睇到Facebook 新x期推介呢間西餐,因為有得玩氫氣球🎈甜品!即刻去睇下 有咩好食!首先黎左餐包,餐包就一般法包切片但有reheat嘅! 但個牛油有少少特別,食落幾香,有少少香草味!藍鰭吞拿魚他他•紅菜頭•蟹肉牛油果🥑沙律呢個沙律重點係個紅莓汁同紅菜頭、吞拿魚他他個味好夾。最高個層係吞拿魚;尾二個層係紅菜頭唔好搞錯!吞拿魚他他同下面層牛油魚要夾埋一齊食,食落無咁齋!油浸鴨脾意大利飯估唔到西餐都有鴨脾食!仲要大大隻好似雞脾咁。另外,雖然話油浸鴨脾,但都唔太油。見返飯嘅份量都唔少,又有唔少雜菇,食完好飽肚!呢個馬賽魚湯海鮮鍋 DIY意粉海鮮鍋入面有舊魚肉。雖然唔太大,但食埋意粉岩岩好!海鮮湯味比較濃,食完魚再放意粉落去,個汁唔算太掛湯,但咁樣先岩岩好。如果掛湯會好濃味!另外我地都有點到甜品店員仲邀請我地食佢地新推出嘅氫氣球甜品,味道唔太特別,但就好過癮。

估唔到西餐都有鴨脾食!仲要大大隻好似雞脾咁。另外,雖然話油浸鴨脾,但都唔太油。見返飯嘅份量都唔少,又有唔少雜菇,食完好飽肚!

海鮮鍋入面有舊魚肉。雖然唔太大,但食埋意粉岩岩好!
海鮮湯味比較濃,食完魚再放意粉落去,個汁唔算太掛湯,但咁樣先岩岩好。如果掛湯會好濃味!
