Chef 井上 san cooks her dishes very well and with a twist, and in addition to her good sense of timing she is also well trained in French culinary techniques (reminding me of MIST Rahmen and Ajitomi!). She is here to roam free with her own special menu creations - some of the menu items might carry a slight French influence in the sauces and subtlety, but they really compliment the teppan-cooked food really well. Excellent!
- Meat, Sauces and Rice were cooked perfectly, worthy of a '5' by itself. Although occasionally items were slightly under-salted.
- Some of the supporting items with the remainder of the course were surprisingly boring, and for a chef of such calibre, it needs some changes in the pipeline as there were down right boring and ubiquitous..
- We were not given our Miso Soup and Pickles during the meal, which was supposedly included in the set. A bit clumpsy in this aspect, although the high quality of the main courses by Chef Inoue made up for these in a sense.
My dining companion 紅叮 has also dined here for dinner and says the night performance is even better, so watch out for his review as a reference 1 day ! Looking forward to dinner here soon....
