另外還有明太子煎蛋卷和芝士年糕,我和朋友都很喜歡煎蛋卷,反正蛋的食物很難難吃的。這個煎蛋卷中間有著極多份量的明太子,吃下去有鹹香香又有點點微辣,加上有蛋香和帶甜的玉子,是不錯的。芝士年糕一客三件,賣相平平無奇,食落就也不算太差。咬下去完全不覺得油膩,有點點脆口,內裡年糕有點黏黏的帶著甜味,加上溶了的芝士幾香,也不錯的,但真的這個份量就剛好了。

最後叫了冷稻庭三重奏,有三隻醬汁分別是合鴨汁,溫泉玉子和山芋汁,當時是合鴨汁最好吃~ 相對另外兩隻醬汁這隻是熱的,味道較濃郁而且亦較鹹,和冷烏冬一起吃剛好。另外兩隻醬汁都不太用特別一提,山芋汁有點像平日吃冷麵的醬油味道,而溫泉玉子... 吃不到什麼味,反正有些蛋白掛著就是了。不過很喜歡它的冷烏冬,第一真的很凍,而且夠幼身和滑溜,食落軟軟的口感不錯,喜歡喜歡!

我們整晚掛著吃和談天,時間過得特別快,吃畢再坐一會就動身去看電影啦。下星期生化危機,讓我又想想吃什麼好呢?

soy milk hot pot set ($160x2)
hot pot set is listed on the menu as $160 per person but since minimum order is two, the minimum charge is $320. The set came with a plate of assorted vegetables and a plate of assorted seafood/meats. we also decided to add another plate of seafood ($95), cabbage ($15) and shimeji mushroom ($12).

Soup base of soy milk was milky white and wasn't pure soy as I imagined it might be. There's definitely some dashi in there since it had the 'umami' taste - pretty enjoyable.
The plates that came with the set included Japanese sliced pork loin, clams, salmon, and in the bamboo stick is some minced chicken, which you slide cuts of into the boiling pot. Also a plate of vegetables, including cabbage, Japanese bean curd skin, black fungus, fresh and enoki mushrooms.

Our added plate of seafood had two large prawns, scallops, salmon and some shellfish.

As the broth got evaporated or divided into bowls the waiters refilled the pot with stock. ingredients on the whole were fresh, particularly memorable were the broth, minced chicken and the slippery smooth bean curd skin (really different in texture to ones we get locally), as well as the large prawns. 7.5/10

Inaniwa udon in hot soup with Hokkaido crab meat ($108)
The broth is very thick, so we were warned. come to think of it, it may have been the enoki mushrooms that made the broth become so viscous, rather than some form of starch being added. i like thin and slightly thickened soups so I quite liked this. There wasn't much crab meat to justify the extra $4x, but price aside the noodles were really good - thin, slippery and slightly chewy - my favourite! 7.5/10

Inaniwa Udon in Tomato and Pork Bone Broth with Japanese Pork ($108)
The udon noodles were again good, though I didn't care for this broth. I was expecting something heartier but all this was was sour tomatoes and sliced pork in a broth which tasted very pedestrian. for me the noodles didn't match the broth at all. (ps. very subjective, because dad clearly liked this bowl of noodles better than the crab meat one above). 5/10

Inaniwa Udon in Hot Soup with Prawn Tempura ($108)
This would probably be my favourite style of serving these udon noodles - in a very simple Japanese shoyu-based stock. I know that the best way to enjoy these noodles are probably having them served cold and you dip them in the sauce/broth, but I much prefer hot soup noodles, so provided you don't let the noodles sit so long in the broth, the texture of the udon remains intact (read: eat quickly!). the tempura shrimps were crunchy, but then again they were quite small and I'm not sure whether it justifies $48... I loved these noodles so much I just might have to go back soon and be open-minded about trying their cold varieties! 8.5/10

Homemade Squid cake ($65)
a must order - i don't think i've had anything like this before, and these slices of squid cake were bouncy and had tiny bits of squid meat for a variation of texture. seasoned very well too, so no sauce was needed. 8/10

Cheese Rice Cake ($48)
these cute little rounds of mochi had a molten cheese centre, and were crispy on the outside, whilst the mochi layer was hot and only slightly chewy, the cheese melted easily in the mouth. they were fried really well to achieve the crispy exterior minus the oily/greasy taste. after a plate we decided we needed another one too =P 8.5/10

if i remember correctly everything was polished off! we all really enjoyed this meal.... i wonder when my next visit will be?

和鴨.先吃後後食鴨...鴨味一向是有性格的但是廣東人近來不知何解少食了.
個煱可以要求客家給你打理好一些...
先菜後肉是健康食法啊.食完菜淥塊牛肉點下麻醬先.
有肉味唔會太油的安格斯...200左右一人;如果要油淋淋的要440喎.(佐賀)
鴨就不用點什麼本身己經有味是鴨有鴨味..人家無醃無剩無煙過.鴨係咁味.
可以不用淥太熟有少少粉紅皮脂縮哂會無咁好食.
名物烏東一客六十...放在牛鴨湯中不會吸收太多的味,但併湯來吃就是又滑又麥味
湯又濃...滿足到不得了.三個人在這天圓地方,八佰蚊食得幾過癮都算似咁.

又係長人龍店......出名食物新鮮, 主打菜係稻庭鳥冬。叫左: 蝦天婦羅 - 炸得薄, 脆粉完全唔厚, 蝦大隻爽甜 鴨胸冷稻庭鳥冬 - 鴨胸入味, 醬汁濃。稻庭鳥冬係主打菜, 質素梗係唔可以有閃失, 稻庭係手打既意思, 鳥冬當然係超滑又彈牙。 鴨鍋 - 當所有配料, 包括鴨胸、大葱、蔬菜、冬菇、金菇滾左一段時間……個湯真係甜到不得了。

九州博多牛腸串

一串牛腸有約六粒,牛腸上沾了些醬汁,賣相精緻(以這個Size來看,實在很難想像這就是牛腸)吃起來味道酥香,相信是中間帶點油脂有關,質感煙 充滿嚼勁,總括而言真的很耐嚼,應該會是很好的下酒菜。我自己就覺得美味之餘質感亦相當有趣,老闆朋友亦大讚好吃。

明太子掛稻庭

大大的一盤明太子掛稻庭,稻庭的份量不少,上面放了些青瓜絲及蒽絲,亦鋪滿了橙紅色的明太子,賣相非常吸引,另外還附帶一瓶醬油。我看了看稻庭,本想和老闆朋友分來吃的了,但又想知道那瓶醬汁的用法,最後我還是詢問了一下侍應,結果侍應回答我們是吃稻庭用的,並二話不說及熟練的為我們倒下了醬汁。

原來那瓶汁也頗多,結果我們的稻庭有點似帶湯的一樣,坦白說,我正自懷疑醬汁下的會否太多,另外就是醬汁是否應該倒在自己的碗內而不是倒在整碟稻庭裡,因為我看到醬汁令很多本就掛在稻庭上的明太子「浮出水面」了。

稻庭吃來相當滑溜,掛著七代助藤養助的名號,貴為日本皇室的御用貢品,烏冬質素著實出色,麥味幽香,質感滑不留口,完全突顯出稻庭的特色。不過明太子味道則略顯單薄,不知是否與我所顧慮的醬汁原因有關。不過整體吃來,烏冬掛上明太子,配上冰涼的醬汁及青瓜絲,確實相當消暑暢快。

日式煎蛋卷(明太子)

明太子玉子燒的賣相相當誘人,玉子不單中間有著明太子夾心,明太子呈初熟的狀態,而玉子上面還再鋪上另一層生的明太子;明太子下的份量相當多,因為如此,一碟只有四件而已,感覺相當矜貴。

魚一丁的玉子燒本就有名,相信同集團旗下的稻庭亦不會破壞盛名,吃了一口,明太子的鹹香泉湧而來,再吃下去,配合玉子燒的香甜,已及呈初熟的明太子夾心,生熟明太子產生的效應絕對大於一加一等於二,味道相當豐富,沿沿不絕而且充滿層次。老闆朋友為之擊節讚賞;坦白說,配上我最愛的明太子,我不得不說,這是我吃過最好吃的玉子燒。

自家製魷魚餅

墨魚餅賣相討好,共有八件,也算頗為大塊,上碟時還熱騰騰的,相當新鮮。吃了一件,味道還真不錯,墨魚味濃郁,墨魚餅中有不少墨魚粒,吃起來即爽口又耐嚼,加上吃時還熱得有點燙嘴,令食味進一步提升。老闆朋友亦相當滿意,說吃起來感覺不「熱氣」,味道相當不錯。

吃過上述三款食品後,老闆朋友似有收手之意(可能他良心發現,不想要我淪落到洗碗的田地也說不定)不過我還是建議老闆朋友再點一些,反正我自己亦沒飽,再點一兩個小吃,應該還吃得下的。最後老闆朋友屬意叫北海道陶板燒。

陶板特式北海道香腸

這款陶板香腸被我譽為有得吃又有得玩的菜式,香腸是一條過卷成一圈圈的放在陶板上的,香腸的中間放有一些芝麻黃芥末醬,賣相既有趣又吸引,另外會附上一把剪刀,目的就是讓客人把香腸剪成細块來吃,女孩子就特別喜歡這玩意。不過我們兩個男生走在一起,當然沒有這份浪漫情趣,最後侍應很體貼的為我們把香腸剪開了。

香腸剪開也有十來块,份量不少,香腸應是脆皮腸,吃起皮爽脆有 性,香腸肉香味濃,較有質感,頗有嚼勁,相對上會有較多油份,但香著不會油膩,只是吃來會較油潤,而且平添了一份油香。

和老闆朋友邊吃邊談,不知不覺已屆人家打烊的時候了,亦是時候結帳離開。餐廳環境相當優雅舒適,我們二人坐到卡位,一直坐到人家打烊為止,期間沒有預到一些疑似趕客的情況,值得一讚。食物水準叫人相當滿意,一特別是那個明太子玉子燒實在令人回味再三(有趣的是今次我們點的魷魚餅及陶板香腸品同集團的「魚一丁」也有供應的食品,若由我發辦,我想會儘量不點這些食品,嚐試別的,不過既然由老闆朋友發辦,我就不好說甚麼了,至於價錢是否一樣則有待考究)最重要是老闆朋友也對這頓晚飯感到滿意,還說會帶太太來試試看呢!結帳四百個大洋左右,朋友吃得如此高興滿意,著實超值。

想試吃這兒的烏冬已很久了。上次跟朋友欲晚上來吃份晚餐,但卻因沒有預先訂座而告吹。今次一支公前來吃early lunch,還要是在十二時許便來到,這樣子就應該沒問題了吧....午市套餐的選擇有五至六款,小弟專攻的當然是有烏冬吃的set。叫了一份日本產牡蠣肉藻熱稻庭御膳,以一味和風醬芥辣螺絲粉沙律作頭陣。最近吃得多那些普通之極的甚麼蕃茄仔和風沙律,轉一轉風格吃這帶點西日fusion的也不錯。不過可惜的是,醬本身及黃芥茉下得實在太多了,弄得味有點過酸過辛,那亂糟糟的賣相也委實有少許趕客呢;螺絲粉及其他配菜皆來自現成貨,確是無甚特別可評的....吃了一個頗濃的沙律,再吃一口芝麻醃菜飯團,兩者互相中和一下,總是一樁好事。以"平實之味"去形容這個飯團應是最貼切不過,味很淡口,飯粒尚見揑得結實飽滿,吃落有米香,不錯;更見美味的還有身為伴菜的醃蘿蔔片,鹹酸度適中之餘亦很爽口,乃伴飯吃之絕佳拍檔.....壓軸出場的烏冬比預算的大堆頭,連湯一起喝掉後必定夠飽。但很遺憾的說,烏冬質地是絕沒有預計中的有咬口及煙韌,失望之情可謂溢於言表;加入不少頗像台式的肉藻進湯內更覺古古怪怪的 --- 味濃的肉藻與本應清澈甘

見佢個門面裝修得咁靚, 門口又擺哂d烏冬, 又介紹佢所用o既烏冬製造歷史, 一心諗住佢d 烏冬會好好食.... 不過同我之前去過中上環一間爐端燒食o既烏冬, 可以話係天同地比.明太子蛋卷: e 個係唔錯, 新鮮做o既蛋卷, 加上辣辣明太子碎, 係一個唔錯o既組合. 烏冬三重奏: 烏冬太硬喇, 又唔夠彈牙, 係就係好滑, 不過似乎係得個滑字, 三個汁入面, 個山芋汁比較好; 合鴨汁無乜鴨味, 只係得麻醬味; 溫泉蛋都係不外如是... 而且份量偏少, 一個人要食兩份先夠.冷稻庭. 地雞汁: 個汁超咸, 汁o既濃度唔夠, 同個冷烏冬一齊食, 會變咗唔凍唔熱. 所謂o既地雞同o係日本食o既都唔一樣o既!!! 可能佢個汁咸到蓋過哂d 雞味. 牛腸串燒: e 個係最差差差o既一個, 又無味, 燒得太乾, 唔夠熱, 同食橡筋無乜分別.

然後來到主角稻庭烏冬,這裡總共有冷稻庭烏冬、熱湯稻庭烏冬、熱醬汁配冷烏冬,以及撈烏冬等四個不同系列的選擇。是晚人數有限,只能選試其中兩款:
 
冷稻庭三重奏($98)-屬冷稻庭系列,由彈牙有咬口的凍稻庭烏冬,配上三款不同風味醬汁食用。先試山芋醬汁無甚味道,又有類似蛋白的黏黏漿汁,一般;中間的合鴨醬汁就滋味濃郁又惹味,撈烏冬十分適合;最後溫泉玉子醬汁其實非常滑身又富蛋香,不過淨食比撈烏冬更為吸引!
 
安格斯牛肉熱稻庭($98)-屬熱湯稻庭烏冬系列,烏冬熱食時會較凍的軟身,彈牙的口感全失了,但也可保守到軟而不稔叭叭,其麵質又爽滑且帶淡淡米香,再吸收了牛肉湯的鮮味,個人也很欣賞。而湯中除了優質安格斯牛肉,還加進了火箭菜,估不到火箭菜滾湯的效果也幾清新討好呢!
 
場內主要是鍋物較貴(每人$150起),淨吃烏冬+小食消費並不算高,是晚埋單不過$370,而全部食物均令人令人滿意,在圓方眾多選擇中,也是值得推介的一間。
 
然而重複多句,場內真的超凍勁凍,吃到最後連黑糖雪糕也失去興趣,埋單後還是早早離場再去行街! 下次真要帶多件褸,再來試更多不同烏冬/鍋物!

我食個次唔係襯咖哩煱, 但都好好食, d飯粒吸晒湯既精華, 加埋芝士, 好得!!
記得叫staff幫您煮個飯,佢地識整會好食d,同埋食完都幾飽肚.
重有如果雞煱加稻庭烏冬都ok,因為冇咖哩或者蕃茄遮左d小麥味,不過都係主張凍食.

結論係...
佢地d雞好好食, 稻庭烏冬要凍食, 芝士飯做結尾好滿足!!
不過都係偏貴, 份量偏細, 一份{咖哩牛肉熱稻庭烏冬}係食完唔會飽,因為佢真係好幼.
唔可以日日黎, 但有時想食貴d食好野既話..咁佢地都算係一個不錯既選擇!

Had lunch on Saturday. Arrived at about 1:45p.m. No need to wait. 日式eel煎蛋卷 ($48): only very small pieces of eel in the middle. four pieces. taste soso. the egg roll came after 2-3 minutes after we ordered. wondered if it was freshly made. 赤豚肉蕃茄豬骨熱湯稻庭 $108: the pork is very fat and thin. tomato soup is quite good. the udon is very smooth. but not as chewy as the cold one. 地鷄南蠻汁冷稻庭 $85: the sauce is very salty. there were more mushroom than chicken. the texture and taste of the chicke

赤豚肉蕃茄豬骨熱湯稻庭 $108: the pork is very fat and thin. tomato soup is quite good. the udon is very smooth. but not as chewy as the cold one.

地鷄南蠻汁冷稻庭 $85: the sauce is very salty. there were more mushroom than chicken. the texture and taste of the chicken (free range?) was quite good. the cold udon was the best thing there. However, i don't really understand why the cold udon should be put in such hot sauce. It became hot udon?

Overall, the udon is ok but too expensive. there is a little insect flying around our food. very annoying. my friend killed it as last. don't understand why it can fly in a restraunt in a shopping mall!

週五到圓方睇戲,順道到訪彼鄰的「稻庭烏冬」。小食點了鹽燒雞翼、魷魚餅及大蝦天婦羅。鹽燒雞翼味道確是惹味,佐酒不俗。魷魚餅未算+分香口,但內含大大粒的魷魚粒,以添彈牙口感,味道不錯。至於大蝦天婦羅,炸得不油膩,外層炸漿厚薄恰到好處,雖鮮蝦味不夠突出,但整體都令人滿意。主食方面,選了安格斯牛肉煱及北海道豆乳煱,另添招牌稻庭烏冬。每個火煱都配雜菌野菜一大盤,用料賣相俱佳。安格斯牛肉切得薄薄,味道頗濃,但因肉質偏瘦,口感未算很軟腍。北海道豆乳煱的湯底外表潔白,未吃已覺吸引,相較牛肉煱的湯底,明顯更甜更滑。不過,當放了配料後,湯底原有的味道已不突出了。豆乳煱的主要配料有豚內、蜆、免冶雞肉及三文魚。蜆肉及三文魚無乜特別。豚肉味道鮮味+足,good。將免冶雞肉弄成球狀灼熟,內含小粒雞軟骨,口感特別,值得一試。最後是招牌稻庭烏冬,出品已是七八成熟,稍稍放在火煱內烹煮已可食用。烏冬入口夠滑,咬落煙韌有彈性,質素同樣令人滿意。
