難得有平民價錢仲要係黃店嘅米芝蓮店,當然要一試啦。聽朋友講佢經常都會full Booking,所以係兩個禮拜之前已經做咗Booking。非常熱愛手工意粉嘅我,一嚟到好快就決定咗要試吓佢拿手嘅紅蝦意粉同埋卡邦尼意粉,另外仲嗌多咗個crab cake。crab cake 十分足料滿滿嘅蝦肉,加上旁邊嘅櫻花蝦粉,其他地方嘅crab cake真係完全比唔上。當然佢嘅意粉都非常好食,粉質彈牙之餘,味道亦都調校得非常好。卡邦尼意粉食完亦都唔會好肥膩。另一個驚喜就係一開頭提供嘅包,睇落好一般但係佢配合嘅橄欖油果香濃郁,配合埋啱啱焗好嘅包真係非常之配合。

朋友約吃飯,介紹我去試一試這裡的意大利麵。平常吃西餐都以肉類、海鮮為主菜,很少著重品嚐粉麵,通常只認為是澱粉質,用來填肚罷了。這種認知可能因為我之前並未嘗試過真正好吃的意大利麵。未吃意大利麵前,先上麵包。雖不算特別,但非常鬆軟,甚合胃口。再來前菜,點了韃靼牛肉,上面配上魚子醬,最特別是再加上了榛子,香濃味道令牛肉更添風味。主食我們點了龍蝦意粉和Carbonara。龍蝦意粉應該是用蝦殼加上鮮蕃茄煮湯汁,海鮮味濃郁,有點點酸味而不過份,不是蕃茄醬的人工味道,很是開胃。但最驚艷的是Carbonara。很多港式西餐做的Carbonara都加上忌廉增添香滑,但就變成奶味意粉。以前去過意大利,吃過「正宗」沒有忌廉的「煙肉蛋麵」,深感難以下嚥,本來以為是自己吃不慣,直至今天才真正知道好吃的Carbonara是怎樣的。這裡做的醬汁綿滑,富有雞蛋香、芝士味、油香,完全不是忌廉可比擬的。蛋汁並沒凝固,掛於麵上口感滑溜。此行令我感到意大利麵的美味無須用貴價食材襯托,吃罷友人才告訴我店主是米芝蓮三星餐廳出身的廚師。真是要多謝友人介紹,更要感激店家的手藝。

主食我們點了龍蝦意粉和Carbonara。
龍蝦意粉應該是用蝦殼加上鮮蕃茄煮湯汁,海鮮味濃郁,有點點酸味而不過份,不是蕃茄醬的人工味道,很是開胃。

很多港式西餐做的Carbonara都加上忌廉增添香滑,但就變成奶味意粉。以前去過意大利,吃過「正宗」沒有忌廉的「煙肉蛋麵」,深感難以下嚥,本來以為是自己吃不慣,直至今天才真正知道好吃的Carbonara是怎樣的。
這裡做的醬汁綿滑,富有雞蛋香、芝士味、油香,完全不是忌廉可比擬的。蛋汁並沒凝固,掛於麵上口感滑溜。

最後試個牛反而有驚喜,其實本身我唔係好食太生嘅牛,一見到仲係超級紅色都有少少卻步,不過都照試吓先,入咗口竟然完全唔覺得佢有生嘅感覺,加埋少少海鹽,反而係全晚最好食嘅!


等緊嘢食嘅途中都有周圍望吓個環境,其實架𨋢一出就會望晒全間餐廳,如果我係坐近𨋢口位,我會好介意食緊野嘅途中,如果𨋢門打開就會見到晒我嘅食相

Just I wish to try this pasta homemade. We order tagliatelle with meatball and carbonara. First of all Portion was really small if compare with price and I order carbonara from a la carta menu. Carbonara was with cream made with home made Pasta with eggs ( double eggs I don’t think is too right ) and there was not guanciale, but some small trace of bacon. Ashamed!! Carbonara have only one recipe I don’t understand why they have to make different style. If you show “Italian “ u must cook Italian.

星期六的中午,終於book到枱食Involtini,座無虛席,無訂枱真係唔好期望walkin有位。要多謝各界經youtube宣傳告急,呢段時間認識了不同的餐廳食店!亦高興有朋友樂意一齊試新餐廳。Involtini的homemade pasta有幾高質毋須多講。龍蝦手工意大利麵是必須要點的。麵質食落似日本蕎麥麵,煙靭掛汁。南瓜BB菠菜意大利飯creamy。所用的食材新鮮不在話下,廚師手藝亦呈現出最好的口味。唯一係份量略少,男女都唔太夠食。價錢以銅鑼灣價位來看較高,但對比中環其實還好。以質素論則是超值。絕對可以encore再encore,仲有carbonara ,紅蝦麵未嘗。。。能做到的不多,唯有身體力行支持,平的貴的都支持。

好彩之前係訪問條片出街前上去食左,否則唔知等幾耐先有位了。HANDMADE TAGLIOLINI CARBONARA睇過段片就知有幾高質有幾正份量同其他餐廳差唔多,唔覺得特別少。Roasted Japanese Pork Striploin(200g) with Mix Vegetable相比carbonara,豬排就較遜色。整體ok,但煎得比較乾身,沒咩肉汁。麵包唔係涷冰冰,少少暖,非常可口。餐廳環境較迫。如果可以,建議提早預訂窗邊位,會舒服好多。

海鮮湯很好喝,味道濃郁,可惜裏頭的蝦有點霉,帶子即鮮嫩。蟹餅感覺普通。

三款意粉的意粉都各有特色,有的有咬口,有的有蛋香。貓耳朵辣蕃茄肉醬意粉我覺得最好吃,吃着就覺得有家的窩心感覺。紅蝦意粉也不錯,蝦比醬汁好吃。卡邦尼意粉感覺就普通一點,吃不到暖心的味道。
