All in all, 不建議四人以上在此聚餐,尤其喜歡food sharing,份量少得可憐。如是2人dining, 建議選set dinner好了。吃了一回,真的很難有回頭路。廚師打正旗號在米芝蓮餐廳工作過,但食材及份量卻遠遠追不上啊!

PORK RAGU TAGLIATELLE 雖有一個蠻濃厚的日式佐賀豬肉粒醬作掩蓋但入口仍能確實感受到那份麵粉香,至於其質地亦實在充滿咬勁但不會硬崩崩吃至人胃不舒服,肉醬雖味濃烈但卻並不膩囗而肉碎竟也出奇地不嚡囗滿有肉香,令人忍不住吃完一口又一口....

廚師jack講,有一天去到日本,食了一碗日本的豬拉面,實在太好食了。

後來回到香港就想,如果把這拉麵變成意粉的話,一定會很好食。

上幾日係中環和男友食飯後得知餐廳主廚自己開了餐廳,身為pasta怪當然係lunch黎試試啦~一上到黎12點半未算太多人,簡約的環境開放式廚房可以一路睇住大廚做野一邊吃,最愛open kitchen可以偷師!lunch menu不算貴而下午都會供應a la carte menu,好!試試質素先!友人是食肉怪,佢order 左個m5和牛配牛肋肉,火箭菜沙律精緻擺碟,加上m5和牛,和肋肉,佢話一咬入去肉汁爆發!我忍唔住食左佢一舊果然超正,火箭菜沙律加上藜麥,又平均到和牛的味道到我的carbonara了!主廚會親自上菜和介紹,他說這是chef service有廚師親自招呼感覺高級左佢介紹番個pasta的ham是自家餐廳風乾2個星期做成,用上西班牙豬腩肉做出黎的pancetta!pasta就用上意大利蛋和00粉手打而成,口感超彈牙又吸汁!果然冇令我失望!之後跟主廚提起我是ciak的常客他才認得我以後多一個地方可以同姊妹食飯啦~下次黎試試佢地的tasting menu先!
