坦白說,店內環境不算突出。否則以 Jack 耀眼的歷資(如開設 Ciak in The Kitchen 並獲得米芝蓮一星),分分鐘也奪星了。但地點便利、坐得舒適不會太焗促,也是輕鬆吃飯好地方。

開始晚餐!首道開胃菜是 迷你的冬日花園 配 番茄和馬鈴薯 醃製紅黃菜頭,而配酒則是 Austria, Niederösterreich, Grüner Veltliner, Gartling, Nigl 2016,鄰近德國關係,奧地利的白酒從來都很質素,還勾起不少歐遊回憶,而看了酒名更是非點不可,嘻嘻!

整個「冬日花園」中,最愛以羅勒定形,中間是粟米及芝士蓉的「綠色番茄」,清新甜美好吃!而又橙又紅的是來自荷蘭全世界最細的車厘茄 Tom Berry,小巧清爽,還有以乾的牛肝菌粉製成的小薯蓉、添加了醋的紅黃菜頭,以及用蒜蓉和乾冬菇做的泥土,意念非常有趣!

接著第一道菜式是 炸白魚配意大利乾魚春,配酒是 Spain, Cava, Imperial Gran Reserva Brut, Gramona 2013:大廚將白飯魚打成蓉,中間釀入意大利乾魚春後酥炸,出品香脆不膩並加上脆紫菜,更添豐富層次,同時清爽的西班牙氣泡酒也是很好的平衡。

再接下來有意大利燴飯:香煎蘑菇意大利飯 配牛肝菌溶 牛肝菌餅乾,配酒則是平日少喝的 Croatia, Istria, Cabernet Sauvignon, Roxanich 2008。意大利飯吃得多,但這樣煎成香脆、帶飯焦香效果卻是首次,配上濃郁的意大利牛肝菌蓉及餅乾,味道香濃,故要以紅酒相配。

冬天除了要吃產量稀少的白松露,也是品嚐黑松露的季節;黑松露主要生長在法國、意大利、瑞士等等歐洲國家地區,產期一年四季都有,但品質最好是在冬季時分。來到時令的 黑松露配自家製蛋麵,大廚不計重量、超慷慨的刨下超多片黑松露,看著就令人心興奮!

黑白松露的香氣非常不同,免煮生吃的白松露,吃來帶有柔美的蒜香,而黑松露的味道就豐富多了,類似眾多菌類混合的味道,也可以加熱;這天除了蛋麵上大量的生松露片,底下還有濃郁的自製黑松露汁,配上鮮滑好吃的自家製蛋麵,十分好吃。

菜式是由 “AcquaPazza”,一款拿坡里漁夫的傳統料理方式演變而來,大廚用新鮮煎起的鱸魚加上海鮮湯、蜆水和雜菜粒一同煮成,再配以意大利珍珠意粉豐富味道。 最欣賞海鮮湯的份量剛好,未有蓋過魚皮,以致魚皮仍保留清脆,同時嚐到脆及嫩的口感!

有日lunch想行遠啲食好啲,揾到呢間意大利餐廳。餐廳主打手造意大利粉🍝有個開放式廚房睇到師傅即場製作pasta👨🏻‍🍳.說好要食好啲,所以加$48叫咗個前菜拼盤分別有迷你蟹餅、八爪魚沙律、香煎雅枝竹蟹餅係最好味!醬汁係好香濃嘅龍蝦湯味,幾夾蟹肉。八爪魚都頗新鮮,沙律醬酸酸甜甜~不過我唔鍾意雅枝竹,有啲草青味...兩款餐包同火腿都幾山好味.然後係主菜博洛拿意式雞湯小雲吞但係呢碟小雲吞確實令我失望,雞湯同史雲生雞湯一模一樣味😳雲吞邊都有少許硬,勝在肉餡唔錯。.總括嚟講我覺得不過不失,上菜速度唔算快,呢個價錢嚟講會有更好選擇。

Food, ambience and service have loads of room for improvement. I personally think it is over-priced. The food itself is okay, nothing spectacular, even with the seasonal crabs that were flown in from japan. They didn’t bring out the sweetness from it. The service could be more consistent and introduction of each dish could be better articulated, especially when they know we have a guest that didn’t understand cantonese.

Last but not least, toward end of the dinner, they decide it time to use Dettol to clean up the kitchen. The smell is just so strong and choking at some point.

Seriously, clean it after all your guest have left.

Definitely not worth another visit.

最後以完美的梨撻作結~梨撻外層散發濃濃牛油香,配合帶微微酸甜的梨撻。這次配上的並不是平常的雲呢拿醬,而是薑味gelato! 甜味中滲出陣陣辣勁,配合梨撻有著多重的口味層次,是個很完美的甜品

意大利菜的上菜次序是先吃澱粉後吃肉的,所以接下來的就是名叫「山脈」的鵪鶉菜式。擺盤彷考山間景色,有花、草、石和水,先將香料做成花茶,讓人先感受一下,增進食慾。旁邊放上的小石上就是煎得皮脆肉嫩的鵪鶉,並以野莓山楂等的食物來中和油膩,達到美妙的平衡。

Beef tartare has been my all-time favourite😍😍😍 It usually comes with raw egg so when I saw this new combination "Caviar + Beef tartare", I know it's the ONE😍😍😍!

I am totally amazed by the generous amount of caviar which is nicely spread out on top of the beef tartare😋😋😋 Its plating is sooo beautiful! Simply like an artpiece💕💕The caviar totally elevated the dish and tasted perfectly with the beef tartare! To add more texture and fragrance to the dish, the beef tartare is blended well with a variety of nuts and diced onions😋😋😋😋 The dried tomatoes on the side help to refresh your appetite and the coddled quail eggs on the side are awesome!! They are sooo smooth n silky☺☺☺

The handmade cheese toast is so yummy either by itself or paired with the tartare~ Super crunchy crunchy and cheesy 🧀🧀🧀🧀

I love every element of the dish~ It is definitely a "Must-order" item💖💖💖
