今晚同朋友黎左JA kitchen食晚餐我地叫左Omakase $780個餐,因為新開優惠有7折,折完$580一位,另加一位龍蝦刺身首先黎左龍蝦刺身,黎到個龍蝦頭仲識郁刺身新鮮,仲有d魚籽加埋上去,帶黎多種口感前菜有蕃茄,醉花螺同天婦羅魷魚味道調得剛剛好,醉鮑魚&花甲,好香酒味,鮑魚彈牙海膽天婦羅伴魚子醬,食得出海膽用靚料,無坑渠味,煙燻雞肉棒,好有視覺效果,點蘭王蛋味道幾夾北海道鮮活帶子煎得火喉剛剛好鐵板聖子好大隻,配黑松露汁係第一次咁食芝士銀雪魚好邪惡,外面芝士好香,銀雪魚保持到魚肉嫩滑燒鰻魚配辣汁皮香肉彈牛似好香肉味,配上山葵汁同炸蒜片都好夾之後加錢要龍蝦頭煲湯仲有炒飯,新竹米粉同埋甜品感覺好似食極都仲有食左3個幾鐘超飽,而家好少餐廳可以俾人坐咁耐,慢慢食慢慢傾,完全無壓力

首先黎左龍蝦刺身,黎到個龍蝦頭仲識郁
刺身新鮮,仲有d魚籽加埋上去,帶黎多種口感
前菜有蕃茄,醉花螺同天婦羅魷魚
味道調得剛剛好,
醉鮑魚&花甲,好香酒味,鮑魚彈牙
海膽天婦羅伴魚子醬,食得出海膽用靚料,無坑渠味,
煙燻雞肉棒,好有視覺效果,點蘭王蛋味道幾夾
北海道鮮活帶子煎得火喉剛剛好
鐵板聖子好大隻,配黑松露汁係第一次咁食
芝士銀雪魚好邪惡,外面芝士好香,銀雪魚保持到魚肉嫩滑
燒鰻魚配辣汁皮香肉彈
牛似好香肉味,配上山葵汁同炸蒜片都好夾
之後加錢要龍蝦頭煲湯
仲有炒飯,新竹米粉同埋甜品
感覺好似食極都仲有
食左3個幾鐘超飽,而家好少餐廳可以俾人坐咁耐,慢慢食慢慢傾,完全無壓力

大蝦超彈牙,蝦膏濃汁用蝦頭嘅蝦膏炒到好似比金沙包住,個個食完😋👍🏻

【煙燻雞肉棒配蘭王月見】
燒得外脆內嫩又夠juicy ,另外點咗蛋黃後提升左個味蕾,食完隻手仲有好香嘅煙燻味

【鐵板薩摩和牛】
牛香味好重,夾埋蒜片好好食

環境好舒服,食物係有驚喜,首先廚師真係好有心去製造每一道菜,而且廚師會出嚟講解係點樣製作,我覺得呢一個係廚師同客人係一個交流,作為一個客人了解咗廚師點樣做一道菜,你食嗰陣都會感受到佢嘅心思。而且食物質素性價比,首先講個大頭醉蝦,真係好正,食落去每一啖都係蝦膏,最衰得一隻,勁想食多隻。廚師知道我唔食牛,特登做一道豬肉俾我食,豬肉一啲都唔會好韌。至於個鵝肝煎得好香,啱啱好。所以我覺得呢間餐廳係令我會再去支持!❣️❣️❣️

,大廚話平時出到炒飯呢啲位人客多數飽咗八成,呢個高菜炒飯冇鹽冇雞蛋完全唔會覺得有油膩嘅感覺加入日本高菜一啖一啖仲想食,最後係一個滿滿雲呢拿籽嘅雲呢拿奶凍面頭係焦糖脆脆
有心機,有創意,又抵食,依一間餐廳一定會繼續支持👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
