黃昏6時左右在times square 附近,肚餓上openrice 找到這一間見好少食評,都試一試。去到才發現原來不是餐廳,是真的酒場。 好多清酒選擇,反而串燒和食物是陪酒小食。結果我們請對方介紹,一共點了3款不同的清酒,由味道淡開始至辛口。 香蔥豚肉卷 -蔥要慢慢細咬,豚肉帶少少甜。鱈魚干, 送酒一流炒野菜 , 份量不多但帶少少甜牛舌蕊 ,最好味和最野味的味道明太子雞翼原來係串燒不是主角,個汁先係,同串燒一起吃,一流豚肉餃子 , 這個相對串燒反而比較失色。羊架也好好原來happy hour 8折只到7點,所以之後叫的飲品和食物就會無折。

有日行銅鑼灣,望上一棟大廈見到有啲日文字同燈籠,一search見係居酒屋,專飲清酒,不過得好少食評,唔知有冇伏之後朋友見到酒場呢個名就話要試,所以用openrice訂枱(有8折)我地對清酒都冇咩認識,老闆娘(我諗係)好清楚咁介紹每款清酒係點,跟住我地就揀咗兩款試下先~坐住冰嘅係咩咩生原酒,甜甜地易入口,另一個係black swan, 少少酸,幾特別~兩個都啱我地飲飲酒傾計緊係要叫啲小食~有枝豆,鱈魚干,送酒一流仲有好多款串燒,揀咗牛舌芯,安格斯肉眼,炸雞皮,燒翠玉瓜,照燒豚肉廣島蠔卷印象最深刻係照燒豚肉廣島蠔卷!好好食!!!我地一致同意係最好食!必食呀!仲有炸啤酒薯條,燒蕃薯,同粟米~都唔錯我地之後仲有地方去,所以食完就走~下次一定會試埋其他!

選擇基本上都幾多。日本酒選擇黎講,都係比較有水準嘅銘柄,呢度定價幾合理,CP值算高。佐酒小食水凖不俗。

我們看到酒櫃裡都有一些是今年釀造的,所以比較新鮮,我相信這些清酒的味道應該是可以的吧!
總而言之,日本清酒尤其生酒和生原酒,真的越新鮮越能夠嘗到它們最好的味道,讓我們繼續再尋找好喝又新鮮的清酒跟大家分享!

香港依啲選擇唔太多,有嘅一係就好貴,一係就無咩特別SAKE飲。所以依間應該係會回頭再會一會佢。
