Good cook, making ordinary dishes extraordinary. The fish was just made to its best in which the meat taste and tenderness were served well.The 勝瓜 melon dish was exceptional too. The cook boiled it in a quite unique way that both the taste and texture were not the same to any previous dishes.The crabs were steam cooked the basic way. Good cook time control I would say.The lounge chair is a bit tight for people weighting over 180 lbs 😆Anyway, will come again soon.

因為疫情關係,閉關咗好耐好耐,今個星期開返食肆晚飯堂食,即刻衝咗去我飯堂度晚膳,嘩!全場爆滿, book咗幾日先book到,非常多人,但食物質素仍然好好,今次訂咗個古法羊腩煲,係黑草羊腩,價錢一樣優惠,我加咗$40要咗個菜,羊腩全部係腩肉,無骨,肥瘦適中,最正係個汁(見到廚師嘅功力)用生菜索埋啲汁,正呀!可惜因為人太多,見到餐廳樓面好忙,見佢哋忙到氹氹轉,香港人工作壓力大,原來份份工都一樣大,可能因為人多,所以食物上菜時慢咗啲,但樓面都好有禮貌,即使好忙,但仍然同我哋解釋,話因為人多出菜較慢,好抱歉,我自問都係打工仔,喺逆市中仍然能夠生存,未執笠,已經好難得㗎啦,希望你哋過咗困難時期,有錢請多啲人,可以回復疫情之前嘅服務水準啦!整體而言,性價比仍然高,最重要係廚師嘅手藝,的確同出面一般嘅私房菜有分別,喺大角咀一間難得好食嘅中菜!
