星洲炒米一上桌,香濃的咖喱香撲面而來。此時大廚寶哥現身說道:「咖喱是我們店自家製的,別家吃不到同樣的味道呢。」原來這咖喱醬是寶哥自行研發的心血結晶,用上數十款香料自行研磨炒成,集印度、巴基斯坦、馬來西亞等各地咖喱之大成,調出最合大眾香港人的口味。這咖喱辣度中等不會太辣,而香味十足,非常惹味。

好耐之前黎過,一直記憶深處都係好好味,可惜一直未有機會再食,咁岩今日去開大角咀做野就緊係要尋回記憶中的美味️呢啲天時,尤其女仔,湯水好緊要,老板娘推介菜乾南北杏煲豬尾,緊係岩飲啦~老火湯果然係老火湯,超滋陰的感覺,而且一飲就知真材實料,用新鮮豬骨煲同完全無放味精底下果種清甜味道飲完係有種好舒服的感覺~大大煲湯,2個人一人好似飲左各3碗先試小炒皇,雖然無叫酒,但完全唔會好咸濃要飲水果種;相反對比其他小炒皇,呢碟用料超多,有土尤、魷魚、貴花蚌、蝦仁、帶子、蒜心、腰果,出面食唔到🤤🤤而且又入味,值得一試跟住係個蠔餅,佢名堂係私房蜂巢脆炸蠔餅🤩🤩,果然無起錯名,真係一炸完出黎蓬蓬的,好大個,而且最特別既係除左蠔仔係大大粒,仲加份左菜蒲!菜蒲香蛋香同蠔仔配合在一起是多麼的令人讚嘆!最後來個咸魚排骨煲仔飯,有飯焦香,排骨好大舊好入味,又淋又易咬,新鮮排骨讚一個!咸魚香融入煲仔飯內,香味四溢,作結非常好!

跟住係個蠔餅,佢名堂係私房蜂巢脆炸蠔餅🤩🤩,果然無起錯名,真係一炸完出黎蓬蓬的,好大個,而且最特別既係除左蠔仔係大大粒,仲加份左菜蒲!菜蒲香蛋香同蠔仔配合在一起是多麼的令人讚嘆!

呢種椰菜花口感比較爽, 口感係食四季豆個隻感覺, 會"索索"聲, 味道有點偏咸, 尤其底部, 
但係鐵鍋高溫上菜, 比較香, 送飯唔錯的. 中菜其實我覺得有個特色就係味道可能會比較濃, 
但如果夾埋飯就會中和返, 變返剛剛好. 

整體味道我覺得唔錯, 同埋睇得出師傅做菜十分用心, 店主同大廚都十分熱情招待.
