想入非非其實是花膠牛腩冬菇煲。花膠份量多,大約有五至六隻,肉厚而且吃起來爽口,有十足的骨膠原。另外的牛腩也炆得十分入味,令人停不了口。

這可謂失傳已久的手工菜,烹調步驟十分多,現時已很少地方能吃到。鵝腸吃起來十分爽口,而且師傅清洗得十分乾淨,沒有其他怪味,簡單的配合豉油炒麵經十分好吃。一份大約有八至十件,三,四名朋友分享也十分足夠。

今日同舅父去了大角咀這間的喜聚坊食晚飯,這裏標榜食物零味精,比較健康。南北杏雞骨草豬尾湯平時到家機乎零湯水,所以叫了個老火湯飲下,雞骨草清肝火,正合我這些夜瞓人士,老火湯幾杰身,味道濃郁又甜,還有大量的粟米、紅蘿蔔及眉豆等湯料,完全零味精。雀巢蠔餅蠔餅加了些菜甫,入口香脆之餘又帶點爽口,有淡淡胡椒粉味,蠔肉完全唔腥。醬皇麻辣乾鍋走地雞要了微辣,所以辣度剛好,雞肉比較結實彈牙,吸收了青花椒的香味,及大量薑葱蒜爆炒,雞肉入味之餘又惹味。啫啫通菜用了些蝦乾、魷魚仔及肉碎等爆煮,通菜又嫩又爽脆,帶有海鮮的咸鮮味,而且唔會過咸,極之惹味。

今日男朋友接放工,之前經過大角嘴見到有間鋪好多人等緊位,今日就一早book左去食。餐廳環境行7 80年代嘅復古style。天天煲靚湯今日推薦嘅係南北杏黑木耳雞骨草煲豬尾骨,可以清熱解毒。老闆話個湯係煲左5個鐘,無味精架!飲落好清甜足料,同平時係街飲嘅湯差好遠,真材實料。金雲彩沙黃金蝦球一上檯已經引唔住望多兩眼,金黃色圓碌碌好吸引。入口有陣陣嘅鹹蛋皇香味,外層係炒到起沙嘅蛋皇,入面係好彈牙嘅大蝦,蛋黃嘅鹹香唔會搶走蝦球嘅鮮味 。醬皇麻辣乾鍋走地雞香港好少機會食到走地雞,梗係要叫返個。一碟嘅份量夠2-3個人食,成隻雞係曬到。配菜有紫洋蔥、青椒、木耳、豆卜等,加埋小小辣,雞肉好惹味。食雞煲最驚就係雞肉太熟會好老,但佢食到後期啲雞胸都好嫩。最後再黎多個甜品腐竹薏米糕就啱啱好啦!呢一餐真係好滿足。

最近因為疫情關係,晚上都冇辦法堂食,食餐好,所以上星期六決定晏晝炒d小菜享受一下,所以去咗喜聚坊,嘩!樣樣都好味,忍唔住要出個食評,首先係冷盤雞腳,有d麻辣,但非常鮮味!好開胃!仲有黑毛豬炒虎皮椒,好惹味!生炒骨係其中一個招牌菜,當然好味!😋至於菜,我點咗豆杯(極嫩版的豆苗!)好好好好好味!壓軸出場嘅係「碗仔翅」好味到我一個食咗8碗🤤,係我食過最好味嘅碗仔翅🤤😋😃👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

最近因為疫情關係,晚上都冇辦法堂食,食餐好,所以上星期六決定晏晝炒d小菜享受一下,所以去咗喜聚坊,嘩!樣樣都好味,忍唔住要出個食評,首先係冷盤雞腳,有d麻辣,但非常鮮味!好開胃!仲有黑毛豬炒虎皮椒,好惹味!生炒骨係其中一個招牌菜,當然好味!😋至於菜,我點咗豆杯(極嫩版的豆苗!)好好好好好味!壓軸出場嘅係「碗仔翅」好味到我一個食咗8碗🤤,係我食過最好味嘅碗仔翅🤤😋😃👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

美極干炒牛河($68) - 干炒牛河碟頭好大,牛肉雖然驟眼睇唔係好多,原來河粉中間仲有牛肉,所以都有幾多塊,仲要每一塊都大大塊,牛肉好腍冇筋,河粉用左幼身薄河粉,冇粗河粉咁厚,但又冇湯河咁易斷,炒得夠鬆唔會痴埋一舊。

總結,雖然碟頭飯比一般茶記貴少少,熱飲都要加錢,不過飯麵份量都好足又好味,免費例湯亦唔會一般味精湯,誠意十足。

今天到大角咀覓食,到了利得街一間傳統粵菜午餐,一入餐廳見到牆上滿是相片及報導,原來師傅大有來頭,乃是香港第一代私房菜始創人。午市套餐有湯送,是無味精足料咸菜豬肚湯,味道剛好,又多料,飲完非常暖胃。午市套餐即叫即做,有粉麵客飯、竹筒蒸飯、原生燉湯飯、湯麵河及秘製咖喱扒餐。我們點了叉燒炒滑蛋飯及川芎白芷魚頭湯飯。叉燒炒滑蛋飯賣相好,味道更好,滑蛋非常香滑,叉燒粒多汁蜜味,送飯一流,我們邊食邊讚好味。川芎白芷魚頭湯補腦去頭風,特別適合女仕!原盅燉盅上熱辣辣,一打開已聞到香濃湯香!味道剛剛好唔會太濃烈,入面更有魚頭及藥材,非常足料!一盅可分四碗!好抵飲!午市時段也爆滿,座位舒適服務好!期待下次去試其他食物!

由於有湯的關係,我們沒有點飲品了,把燉湯和例湯都喝光,真的是冬日滋潤防乾燥首選!這就明白私房菜的價值,在這種天氣特別要支持!怪不得午餐時間都很有人氣! 想喝湯的時候就會想起喜聚坊了!
