職員安排左座吧台區,感覺十分chill,餐廳有好多不同類型酒類,而Cocktail亦好多選擇俾大家,

KABOOM Sharing Platter:
當中有5款小食,有炸蝦丸、炸春卷、炸雞翅、泰式魚餅、豬肉串燒棒、炸雞翅,配有三種不同醬汁,拼盤份量都多,絕對可以share 3 - 4食。
炸雞翅同泰式魚餅好香口,小小辣,炸春卷好脆口,食落唔油膩,豬肉串燒棒,肉質鬆軟,炸蝦丸好彈牙。

Hamachi Ceviche with Kaffir Lime Oil:
油甘魚味道鮮甜,加上伴碟既kaffir lime(青檸葉)既醬汁,有少少微酸,味道新爽,十分開胃。

件量大件,用左泰式香料醃製,整份烤雞都好入味,少少辣,肉質札實,外層燒得脆口,配上烤餅好食,呢道菜用來送酒絕對不錯既選擇。

上台賣相美觀,龍蝦好大隻,本身已切開一半,方便客人進食,肉質好爽,入口鮮甜,意粉形狀特別,口感彈牙,意粉每條都沾滿龍蝦醬汁,龍蝦汁加入椰奶煮法特別,令醬汁更順滑及香口,好好食。
