Loved dining at Kacho Fugetsu! Over the top fresh seafood from the osusume counter🤤 Great service! Headed down to the lounge after a large meal. The bartender was so nice and considerate. I personally take forever to get a decent photo, bartender Fung even gave me some props to lighten up the photos of some the signature cocktails🥰 So refreshing! I can go for a second round of feast almost immediately🤣

以荔枝、檸檬🍋、玫瑰🌹、梳打水同蛋白調製嘅Mocktail,面頭見到一層用火槍燒過嘅蛋白泡沫,燒過嘅蛋白無論飲落定望落都更加creamy,唔會有好厚實嘅感覺🔥,中間嘅一層喺荔枝糖水,底層就有梳打水,調製好之後加上食用玫瑰花瓣同噴上玫瑰水,一杯簡單嘅Mocktail突然變得好啱打卡同埋好high class📸,厲害厲害👍

點了2杯signature cocktail🍸唔駛轉場就傾到耐d又可以chill下,好特別

風月是rum加上sake,飲落去fruity香濃中滲出鮮橙香,味道甜甜的,好易入口,啱曬女仔。

shiso是紫酥加上gin,飲落去先是gin味,紫蘇味慢慢出,幾得意且refreshing

ps原來bar都可以食串燒

喺銅鑼灣行完街去咗呢間新開嘅日本野,位於利園附近嘅Cubus, 環境幾好,食物質素好高,好新鮮😆 我哋夜晚去食,入門口見到仲有個放時令海產(冰鎮)嘅位,waiter 介紹全部海產都係日本空運過嚟,除咗燒物,仲有壽司刺身等等。 我哋坐喺開放式廚房,望住啲廚師燒串燒好過癮!環境幾chill 搞到我哋都嗌咗清酒飲,佢啲清酒杯有啲好得意,勾起左少女心🤣同經理傾偈知道佢下層仲有個Lounge,下次試吓嚟飲嘢🍻
