試過幾次食唔同麵,呢個係最好味!巨型虎蝦包住櫻花蝦炸而唔係用天婦羅炸漿,金黃色的賣相超吸睛,食落外脆內嫰,肉質夠爽口彈牙。濃厚蝦湯好似沾麵咁,堅好味!
雖然價錢較貴,但只有這個麵我會有興趣再叫黎食,味道,份量,賣相俱佳,其他實在只是還好。

檸檬冰串燒酌、白桃冰串梳打及巨峰冰串梳打,梳打比較好飲,味道不會太過甜。燒酌沒什麼酒精味,檸檬味清新,有助減低膩滯感。水果冰串能打卡又能吃!


除了招牌虎蝦濃湯麵外,比較令人有記憶點的特色串燒都是以肉片包裹多汁的食材來燒,效果真的不錯!

最大缺點是餐廳冷氣問題,我們的座位對正出風口,人覺凍之餘,食物也很快被吹凍。而近門口的座位則很熱,令店員左右不是人,調高或調低冷氣溫度都不是。

lunch time去火夫,有set,150蚊左右,有串燒、飲品和主菜,以拉麵為主。最出名的蝦湯麵要額外加$50,有點小貴,都算對得住價錢,湯底濃郁,蝦香味可以再出啲會好啲,感覺油分有啲多。牛肩肉撈麵,牛肉香嫩,稍微過熟,麵都有咬口,撈一齊都幾好味,但建議比碗湯擺旁邊,因為有幾塊肉乾乾地,個麵沒有汁比較難下嚥但整體不俗。串燒值得一讚,蜜瓜牛卷和吉列牡蠣非常出色!飲品只有凍飲,建議有熱茶更好。不過餐牌排列有少少凌亂,侍應經常錯單,態度仲好一般,要指住個食客問幾次confirm食咩,有啲無奈。
