相信是店家芸芸款式的串燒當中最具人氣的一款!用薄薄的鴨肉片包裹著葡萄製成串燒再烤,鴨肉燒得油份都全逼出來,而葡萄加熱後甜度更高,葡萄汁的香甜配以唧上柚子胡椒醬的鴨肉而變得有點辛辣感,口感由硬至軟而且味道清新有趣,比想像中匹配但未算完全驚艷到我,不過絕對可以一試!

店家的裝潢有著極大的反差:門面以冷色調的輕工業風做主軸;店內則以木系傢具配暖色啡黃燈光塑造環境,令人印象深刻~ 環境舒適,縱然客人眾多但感覺放鬆,與外邊的世界截然不同~ 食物方面午餐只專注於麵食跟串燒,晚上就主打居酒屋餐單以串燒跟燒酌為主,為不同時間來光顧的朋友提供所需
這店在去年還是疫情未算穩定下來的時間開張,只用上一年時間已經成為紅磡黃埔區的人氣商店,平常要walk in恐怕不太可能要提早預約會比較好,這次到訪也是以放手一搏的心態,心想平日中午等候這店開門入座成為第一個客人應該就可以成功到訪吧!很幸運地成為當日這店的第一組客人,但不消15分鐘就已經全場滿座,要來吃的可以考慮一下我這個方法啊!

This popular izakaya in Whampao is most famous for their Tiger Prawn Ramen 🍜

Have been spammed by pictures of this very hyped ramen online, with its mega rich broth and huge prawn 🦐 went with very high expectations and was left slightly disappointed 🥹

Broth was amazing, packed with rich prawn flavour and so decadent to the point of being too rich after a few sips 🤑 Tempura tiger prawn was huge and coated really well 🤤 noodles however got soggy very quickly after absorbing the broth, so be sure not to let it sit too long once served ; recommend sharing this with a friend!

Lunch set is a great value for money as you get 3 starters plus 2 skewers with the mains, they have so many skewer options to choose from 🍢

Be sure to make a reservation prior to visiting as there’s almost always a queue 🔥

My turn to try out the tiger prawn noodle soup, the signature dish at @kafu_hk . The broth was exceptionally rich and buttery, which reminds me of lobster bisque. 首先叫了兩個小食,鵝肝醬配多士,多士脆卜卜,鵝肝醬都好入味。

然後叫咗好多人推介嘅蟹肉牡勵,食落去好新鮮,而且可能炸過,好鬆脆👍🏼

然之後就到重點焦點😂就係櫻花虎蝦龍蝦湯濃湯,真係一試難忘,湯汁好濃,掛汁一流👍🏼

另外叫咗一個本格撈麵,呢個相對上就清淡啲,不過清清地都幾好味,拉麵好彈牙。

環境位置方便。位於紅磡黃埔,黃埔花園有Donki同吉之島,食完可以行街食物點咗個招牌菜,虎蝦濃湯拉麵,最欣賞是隻蝦,大隻新鮮爽口,重點是用很多櫻花蝦作炸料,食落非常有口感和濃味,不惜成本取代平時日本料理用的炸粉,這點非常欣賞紅磡原本都已經好多嘢食,咁多之中出眾食堂不容易,呢間是質素之上,值得一試
