某天晚上胃口不太好正好在太古城溜达,看到这家金记冰室还挺多人排队的,果断跑来试试。之前时常光顾铜锣湾的金记冰室,算是香港最喜欢的茶餐厅之一。太古店拿号的时候还以为不用等太久,结果五六个号码等了半小时,有点郁闷。进店的时候感觉装修风格没那么喜欢,跟铜锣湾店的复古风差距蛮大的。点了两份牛肉出前一丁,配三明治鸡蛋,加上时蔬,人均几十块钱搞定了。吃的还是挺舒服的,他们家的汤底不错。上菜速度也还可以吧。服务态度在茶餐厅里算好的,总体而言很不错的一家店。

呢個什扒有(牛扒,雞扒,豬扒,腸仔,煙肉),看落個鐵板好似比平時出面鋸扒細份,但每種款都有,食落自然份量岩岩好食得晒,個蒜茸汁好香,仲有蒜粒係到,但個鐵板就唔夠熱,落汁都唔會好大煙,但呢個價錢食到咁多款都幾抵食。

開業都一段時間,總是見到人山人海, 所以見到聖誕節一早無咁多人排隊,就捉左靚仔食嗰懷舊早餐原來都好忙, 我地攞左飛,嗰電腦叫埋都無人安排入坐, 要我地問電腦叫左號碼啦!職員才恍然大悟, 我地被安排在近窗口的卡位,可以看到叮叮行過裡面設計有心思, 用汽水盆做天花,餐單都做得好有誠意,特別在每一張底部寫上冰室用語,同懷舊食品,好多現在都無得食啦!早餐款式多,最後我地選左魚扒餐配阿華田同豬扒餐配檸檬茶(OT)魚扒一上,嘩!好長,都唔太薄,麵包一般,唔太脆,還要幫您搽埋牛油可惜豬扒一上, 唉…又細又乾,天淵之別見侍應生們如蜜蜂般走上走落,在哪狹窄的枱巷中穿梭,攞著食物,見到都驚唯有再可以讚的事情只是嗰飲品杯是訂做,飲到一半, 出現“多謝你飲我”,勁搞鬼

我係港島人,住咗鰂魚涌成20年,自從有吉之島即係而家Aeon之後,食肆通常都係連鎖快餐食,食來食去都係嗰啲,冇乜新意。最近見到康怡廣場有間新鋪頭裝修,冇面寫住金記餐廳,嘩發達啦太古區終於有好嘅茶餐廳啦。開張冇幾耐,我就先到為食啦,新餐廳人流超多,等咗半個鐘至有位,咁先證明呢區幾旺啊,點解咁耐都未有一間好啲嘅茶餐廳嘅。記得金記係之前筲箕灣嗰度有第一間,最出名係焗豬扒飯,而家新老闆佢秉承左金記精神,越做越旺越開越多分店,選址喺太古康怡廣場,值得投資,呢區啲人好捨得食。餐廳裝修得幾有特色,有香港懷舊風情,餐牌選擇好多,中西合璧,我叫咗牛扒鐵板餐加羅宋湯,朋友叫咗焗豬扒飯配熱杏霜。是晚人好多,不得不讚侍應們反應好快,亦好有禮貌,金牌豬扒飯果然冇令我失望,好食個大X樂好多,豬扒厚切炒飯底茄汁濃郁,大大份,食唔晒仲打包添。而我就食牛扒鐵板餐,好耐冇食個港式鐵板,呢度港式鐵板又唔差喎,牛柳熱辣辣,肉質鮮美,再配埋個港式羅宋湯,perfect!希望金記食品質素一直保持着,越做越旺!

記得金記係之前筲箕灣嗰度有第一間,最出名係焗豬扒飯,而家新老闆佢秉承左金記精神,越做越旺越開越多分店,選址喺太古康怡廣場,值得投資,呢區啲人好捨得食。

餐廳裝修得幾有特色,有香港懷舊風情,餐牌選擇好多,中西合璧,我叫咗牛扒鐵板餐加羅宋湯,朋友叫咗焗豬扒飯配熱杏霜。

同事話太古開左間茶記, 價錢實惠又好味,  原來咁就腳, 仲話海南雞飯幾好味添~  一出太古地鐵站就係喇.  不過人流都幾多, 好彩等一陣就有位了咁我地就點一個海南雞飯套餐, 黎到賣相同照片一樣啊~ 哈哈, 食落都唔錯, 去左骨既雞, 連埋一碗中湯油飯我另外就點左XO醬炒西蘭花牛肉, 好惹味啊~ 見到佢有蛋白杏仁茶, 好吸引咁呀, 太太話好多蛋白, 幾好味 (跟餐叫係半價)另一杯我叫左老陳皮柑桔蜜, 好有驚喜好好味, 非常潤喉!  入面真係有一粒柑桔架太古終於有一間性價比比較高既茶記, 值得推介!

由筲箕灣大排檔演變至今日嘅新式冰室, 金記對食客嘅吸引力可謂有增無減。呢度嘅餐飲選擇多, 價錢大眾化, 難怪開業兩個月, 人氣依然十足!金牌乾炒牛河$70炒河油份重似乎係必然, 但呢度嘅乾炒牛河炒得乾爽, 油量恰到好處, 食到底都唔會油淋淋。 牛肉片質地軟嫩, 肉量不少, 韭黃落多一點一定更加美味。鐵板西冷牛扒薯菜 蒜蓉汁$108 牛扒冇骨, 肉質柔軟, 牛味不算太濃, 波浪紋薯條建議盡快食完, 因為淋上醬汁後很易變軟。嫩滑蛋白杏仁茶 跟餐$15滑一滑嘅蛋白杏仁茶, 唔係度度都有得飲㗎, 每次嚟到都一定要點返杯!
