母親節一家大細睇睇戲,買完飛未夠鐘一齊試下隔離新開金記客棧。入邊裝修都唔錯,三個人坐得舒舒服服,打開menu揀左幾款金記冰室無既試下,避風塘焗中蝦幾惹味,夠晒香脆可連殼食,最啱我呢d懶人。避風塘蒜香炒辣蟹無記錯仲有椒鹽、咖哩揀,隔離枱就叫左椒鹽,唔係我八卦人地,係因為坐係隔離都聞到勁香,即時有d想轉軚,話口未完就黎左,唯有下次啦。避風港炒都好味既,蟹肉本身夠鮮甜,但覺得辣方面可以重手返d。明爐燒鵝例牌張相影得衰,其實三個人好夠食,另外叫左兩個白飯share差d食唔晒,無計啦,要留肚夜晚食大餐嘛。話明明爐燒鵝,下邊堅有明爐,鵝皮夠晒香脆,口感好過出邊好多舖頭,最起碼我Like。最後埋單三佰頭,唔係貴啦又蝦又蟹,好食就抵食。

張相影得衰,其實三個人好夠食,另外叫左兩個白飯share差d食唔晒,無計啦,要留肚夜晚食大餐嘛。話明明爐燒鵝,下邊堅有明爐,鵝皮夠晒香脆,口感好過出邊好多舖頭,最起碼我Like

既然餐廳以「客棧」命名,店內布置自不然充滿老香港情懷,例如放置於用餐區的中式木桌椅、設計成武林秘笈的餐牌、用來盛載砂糖的經典紅雙囍漱口盅等等,流露著古樸懷舊的味道,裝潢的確別具心思。

據友人稱,明爐燒味也是店裡的招牌名物,咁就一於點來試試。先端上來的明爐燒鵝 ($108/例牌),上檯時還連著明火爐,即斬即上碟,做到皮脆肉滑,質感幼嫩,而且入口肉汁豐盈,肉味又夠濃,脂肪層亦不過厚,符合怕肥膩的香港人要求。接著送上的蜜汁叉燒 ($88),味道亦同樣誘人,脢頭塗上自家炮製的海鮮醬燒製,入口瘦中又帶一點兒脂肪,甚富天然的香甜肉味,用來配白飯吃,最好不過。

壓軸出場當然是不可錯過的餐廳招牌菜秘製金記胡椒辣蟹 ($480),隻肉蟹 size 雖然唔算好大,但入口明顯比坊間炒蟹 Juicy。原來據說師傅是用了先炸後炒的方法炮製,所以蟹的肉汁得以保留,不致於太乾身,做到肉質又軟又綿,啖啖有汁,除了辣味外,還充滿鮮香。

飲品點了筆者至愛的紅豆冰 ($22),平時街外的紅豆冰,紅豆最多只有三分一杯,但這裡的紅豆就有三分之二咁多,奶只佔三分一;而且紅豆的烹煮時間掌握得恰到好處,望落去見到一粒粒之餘,吃下去卻起沙,叫人食得非常滋味!

咁啱去數碼港出席活動後,又咁啱知道之前有食開嘅餐廳已轉手為「金記客棧」,而且在試業中,此餐廳是金記冰室集團以冰室以外另一系列,從門口電子屏幕見到主打避風塘菜式,身為金記粉絲,當然是試試。得兩個人關係,只點了明爐燒鵝例牌($108)、馬來咖喱牛尾煲($88)及椒鹽鮮魷($88)。明爐燒鵝例牌($108),碟下面有點著火,令到食燒鵝時仍然微熱,鵝肉肉質算嫩又好咬口,鵝皮仍脆口,皮下沒有太多肥膏。馬來咖喱牛尾煲($88),金記集團的咖喱是做得不錯的,另外不是太多地方有牛尾供應,所以要試下,咖喱汁味算夠濃,可以再香濃啲,牛尾吸哂啲咖喱汁,又夠淋,伴飯一流。椒鹽鮮魷($88),鮮魷夠新鮮,脆漿炸得香口鬆化,魷魚煙韌彈牙,佐酒良物。可能因為試業關係,有些伙記未夠熟手,希望快些改善,大致上食物水準真是不錯的,原來有間VIP房,下次要拉大隊試多啲避風塘菜式。

期待了一個多月的金記冰室終於在數碼港開店,店名定為金記客棧。在它裝修期間,每天經過都窺探進度,等特美食。今早(4May)返到數碼港懷著期待的心去食個美味早餐,一睇餐牌,早餐套餐,承惠HK$42,包熱飲。雖感覺不便宜,但為美食多付一點,以為是值得的!奶茶 - 差先來一杯奶茶,與西環金記有極大分別。數碼港的金記客棧奶茶,超多奶,無茶味,比麥當當的更要差。煎雙蛋多士 - 蛋正常、多士淋晒一端上餐桌,馬上食口多士...唔脆,係「淋」架,靱架...再望真啲,外表係多士,但應該放了好一段時間等待我叫餐。鮮牛肉通粉 - 戲肉...極差牛肉被處理後無牛肉味,似經梳打粉處理過,全無鮮味;通粉淋到似浸了好耐,湯底...無味、無味同無味。職員態度 - 冷淡X子小廚原班人馬做樓面,一如既往,對顧客冷淡,差啲以為去了X子小廚。現在呢啲服務態度點留住個客人?因有此遭遇及食到咁差質素嘅食物,所以決心在Openrice 開個戶口同大家純分享。

先來一杯奶茶,與西環金記有極大分別。數碼港的金記客棧奶茶,超多奶,無茶味,比麥當當的更要差。
煎雙蛋多士 - 蛋正常、多士淋晒
一端上餐桌,馬上食口多士...唔脆,係「淋」架,靱架...再望真啲,外表係多士,但應該放了好一段時間等待我叫餐。
鮮牛肉通粉 - 戲肉...極差
牛肉被處理後無牛肉味,似經梳打粉處理過,全無鮮味;通粉淋到似浸了好耐,湯底...無味、無味同無味。
職員態度 - 冷淡
X子小廚原班人馬做樓面,一如既往,對顧客冷淡,差啲以為去了X子小廚。現在呢啲服務態度點留住個客人?
因有此遭遇及食到咁差質素嘅食物,所以決心在Openrice 開個戶口同大家純分享。
