今日食咗個性價比高嘅set lunch, 餐廳經理話係夏日特别推出嘅。我見個set lunch 有蒸蛋、卷物、鐵板、烏冬、甜品,都只係$168,就order試下。先嚟嘅係蕃茄沙律,然後係卷物 - 今日係tuna 卷😋。之後嚟個蒸蛋,原來有兩小片鮑魚 ,夠滑,唔錯。鐵板係日本黑豚肉脆卷,呢個幾有驚喜,黑豚肉好juicy, 個皮又好脆,外脆内juicy,可以再Encore ! 之後仲有個烏冬,有冷熱可以揀。我叫咗個熱嘅,個湯幾好飲,舒服。我朋友叫咗個凍烏冬,都幾唔錯。甜品係雪榚。覺得個set lunch 幾抵食,好味又滿足!👍🏻

貴吾緊要,老老實實、均均真真咁標個貴價出泥,而客人又肯幫趁的話 - 完全沒有問題,你情我願嘛。但很可惜呢間野喺落單時報一個價,埋單就收另一個價(夾硬加你一千、幾佰)舉例:隻毛蟹比起當初訂細了足足3份2,但價錢只減了3份1。套餐只要更換了少許,每位再加一舊,不會事先通知/請示客人O 吾 OK, 埋單自動加曬價!沒有同佢嘈因為幫趁是為了慶祝所以無謂掃興,雖然味道/環境都過得去,吾老實,不推薦!亦考慮不會再幫趁!

哩間餐廳真的很離譜。一開始對佢地我有高期待,入去點佐一隻2013年波爾多白酒,入口很拽,好似街邊98蚊買一送一。忍住唔講,繼續試下其他,sashimi一片toro大腩位置,全部都係筋,完全沒辦法食,好唔好意思要佐紙巾吐出來。經理來問如何我們建議說這個位置不可以吃,他講的好思我地沒有吃過toro大腩位一樣說因為脂肪所以筋多,因為係最貴的部位。我回覆,吃過不少米其林日餐大腩都係香滑,唔會出現這種情況。他卻唔肯認。龍蝦機器是我們期待的最關鍵菜式,只可惜口感完全沒什麼特別,自己屋企都整得出,更可怕的是配菜蘑菇烤窿。哩餐飯三個菜是點一份分成兩個半份上來,另外兩道是個點一道小前菜,送的一份開胃小菜還極度不新鮮!全部下來比文華酒店的Amber還要貴,帳單差唔多六千銀⋯!我要求只希望物有所值,但問題係無囉,裝修又唔得⋯嗨 我唔會再去

公司包了場請食飯!太好了我估個menu 係tailor made 左既當晚的menu 前菜no 1 , 有海葡萄(⊙o⊙)前菜no 2前菜no 3 芝麻豆腐(?!) 刺身三件食完前菜就到鐵板燒了!蝦好大隻!熟左之後個頭都有肉同蝦膏,師傅細心拆了殼醬汁都好好再煮飽魚。。未煮之前係仲識郁架!幾生猛lol 熟左之後,味道ok A5 和牛。。。超正入口就溶了仲有海膽釜飯,估唔到仲有松露同魚翅😱好矜貴最後仲有炒野菜同抹茶甜品做總結呢餐食得好滿足因爲真係煮得幾好味同材料好fresh ~ Ps 第一次食係lunch set 不過呢個set 咩都有得試(seafood and beef) 感覺豐富好多

嘉門鐵板燒」高雅o既環境、稱心o既服務及對抽氣衛生o既要求要贏盡滿分絕非難事。食店所選用o既食材全為優質貨色,師傅喺調味上都做得好出色,唯一坐離鐵板較遠o既散枱就未必可以食到最熱辣o既餸菜,所以建議有心黎食鐵板燒o既朋友最好揀咗中央o既吧位。

做鐵板焼的餐廳在香港都不算少、但若你想找一間地點方便旺中帶靜食物及環境質素都不錯、我敢推介這一家- 嘉門 - 進註銅鑼灣新地標V point 。第一次在那裡用餐、已品嚐出買手對食材的高品質要求及堅持 - 包括龍蝦、帶子、和牛粒、鵝肝等等及鉄板燒師傅的烹煮技術,食物擺設的美學。坐在板燒枱前就像現場看表演秀,跟原產國日本的烹煮手法可説是同出一轍。其實昨晚我已是第二次在那裡用餐。短短一個多月再來,基本餐單依然很棒、驚喜的是餐廳已加了幾道小菜色。 其中一道 - 黑毛豬饀餅 - 師傅用上像包烤鴨的薄餅做外皮,頗有和風與中式融合一起fusion感覺。加上服務員細心介紹用料、煮法及誠懇接受食客的品評、這真是值得一讃呵!還有今次再來,所有餐廳的窗戶都打開了,空間感多了,有如置身半露天空中餐廳一邊吃鉄板焼,一邊享受維港夜色、同場再加上聖誕夜燈、一切配合得很完美!

今曰同朋友行完銅鑼灣,大家都想食鐵板燒,行左去登龍街周圍搵,就咁就上左嘉門,一開lift 有個魚池好靚,望落好高級,環境舒適,侍應招呼好好食物方面,高質素食材、大蝦鮮甜肉質彈牙,試左幾款壽司都ok,黑毛🐷溥片夾餅😋😋超好味,回味無窮

食物味道總括嚟講都幾好,但有啲餸菜好普通,可以更新下個菜單,期待佢變成覺得值得再嚟既餐廳。食左個龍蝦2人套餐,蝦好好味,頭盤幾特別,隻生蠔可以再新鮮啲,蟹肉多啲,如果有多個迷你蒸蛋係個set到就好喇,個湯好普通,炒菜更普通。

食左個龍蝦2人套餐,蝦好好味,頭盤幾特別,隻生蠔可以再新鮮啲,蟹肉多啲,如果有多個迷你蒸蛋係個set到就好喇,個湯好普通,炒菜更普通。

朋友介紹,抱著好奇心去試吓,原來呢棟係新大廈,所有進駐嘅餐廳都係要有特色,嘉門就係做鐵板燒,唔係一般嘅日本鐵板燒,而係融合咗法國fusion 煮法。樣樣都想試,結果叫咗個套餐,有魚生做頭盤、牛、龍蝦乜都有,老闆好熱情嚟傾計,原來佢哋嘅材料每日日本直送,所以材料唔會預留太多,以免唔新鮮,影響味道,佢哋連水果都用最合時嘅香印提子,無諗過選食材都咁有heart。其實每次去日本旅行,食咩都好食,就係因為食材新鮮咋嘛,同埋佢地用咁新派嘅煮法,我都係第一次食咋

今日同個客試新嘢,朋友剛食過話個景好正,嘢食都唔差,一開門黑黑哋但都幾Grand!行到入大廳原來係半開放式設計,嘩咁個維海景又真係幾得喎,有啲似坐開蓬車!以為都會幾貴,但商務Lunch Set都係$368/位,又比想像貼地啲,況且同客食,最緊要快靚正,就叫咗兩個Lunch Set。前菜係凍菠菜同蒸蛋,味道賣相都不過不失。接住係大蝦帶子配牛油香草汁,呢個味道好OK!配料好新鮮,個汁同海鮮好夾!雖然有啲膩(仲未食主菜!)但都忍唔住清碟!我個客主菜叫了牛薄燒,我就點咗燒銀鱈魚但就嚟咗豬肉薄脆卷(個名係我作,因為之前一心諗住食魚無留意豬餐嘅名堂)本來諗住退但見到個樣都得得哋同埋未試過咁嘅鐵板燒菜再加埋趕時間所以照食!一試之下又真係喜出望外,個薄切豬肉饀有啲燒汁加個乾身pancake皮我麻麻哋豬肉都食哂,客的牛薄燒裡面有好多炒香嘅蔥同埋佢叫medium rare師傅都跟到,客都十分滿意!以為食完點知仲有炒飯!!同雪糕咖啡!我其實好飽飽,炒飯炒得好乾身嘅但我完成唔到,雪糕係南瓜味有啲假,咖啡係上電用都好香同隻杯好得意,好好揸!總體嚟講,環境氣氛一流,食物中上,服務有進步空間(美麗的錯誤,試到那豬肉
