太太喜歡食蟹,週年紀念找了一間專食蟹的餐廳。由於選擇太多,所以最後直接叫了其中一個二人餐,由前菜到甜品共有700樣東西,而且有得選擇(例如食飯還是粥,熱蟹或是凍蟹)。蟹類都非常高分,味道不錯,雖然價格不便宜,CP值不算太高,但總算是很多選擇的餐廳其中一間。如果想食很多蟹的話就應該要來,我們也應該會再幫襯。值得一提,如果想吃其他東西,例如魚生就不要在這裏吃了。無論是套餐包的刺身還是我們後來額外叫的魚生,其實質素也不算太差,但跟他們的蟹比較就有點遜色而且價錢偏貴,吃魚生的話就到一般的居酒屋壽司店吃好了。不過甜品非常好吃!蕨餅、綠茶布丁等都非常精緻。

其實已經唔係第一次食,女朋友話突然好想去日本食蟹道樂,既然未去到日本,就係香港食住先啦,又加埋老婆3月生日,就好好食返餐好既同埋順便慰勞自己努力工作既成果,當去左日本。位於銅鑼灣SOGO附近,一出地鐵站就到,唔揸車既人都好方便可以去到,落咗條樓梯,再推開道門,餐廳已經充滿海鮮嘅鮮味。我哋今日個餐幾乎有10道菜。首先第一道係蟹沙律,特別位係佢唔係蟹柳,係用返本身食既蟹小部分整成,清新嘅感覺。跟住就係食特色刺身,分別係拖羅,深海魚,赤貝,同埋赤蝦。刺身係上盛款,拖羅恰到好處,赤貝亦都非常之先甜,不過純粹當一個開胃菜咁食。上戲肉lu,今次揀咗鱈場蟹,所以就蒸左個鱈場蟹鉗俾我哋,鱈場蟹啖啖肉,肉質鮮嫩,亦都非常之飽滿,食完啲蟹肉已經飽咗一半,跟住就嚟咗個蟹肉海膽魚子蒸蛋,嘩,口感非常豐富蛋又滑,十分足料。跟住就係shabu shabu,都係蟹肉,同埋一啲雜菜,因為已經真係食得太多蟹肉,真係要食返啲蔬菜類,個湯底先係重點,吸收晒蟹肉嘅精華,真係連湯都飲埋,跟住嚟咗條喜之次,佢其實係一條魚,師傅話呢個烹調唔係用油炸,竟然係燒出嚟,肉質非常之滑,當你以為你餐飯就咁完,佢最後亦都會俾埋個飯你,但因為上

池魚、帶子和拖羅的三拼刺身。我個人並不是很喜歡池魚,總覺得腥味很重。但吃過了這家的池魚,真的一點都不腥,還有一些些的回甘!帶子也是肉質緊緻,味道甜甜的。厚切拖羅更是新鮮,軟軟糯糯,是我吃過最好吃的拖羅了。
