This is perfect for lazy people like me who love to eat crab. Let's start with the crab shell, which is filled with a large amount of golden crab roe. It has a rich and soft texture with a subtle essence. Then there are the crab legs, which have a delicate texture and a rich and fragrant taste. Dipping them in water and vinegar enhances the sweetness and freshness of the crab meat. This is one of the most delicious crabs I have ever had.

After enjoying the crab roe from the hairy crab, let's savor the crab roe from the Matsuba crab! In the preparation process, the chef puts crab roe, shredded crab meat, crab roe, raw quail egg, and chives inside the crab shell and then grills it. It has a thicker texture, a slightly salty taste, and a roasted aroma. Spreading the crab roe, filled with crab meat and roe, on top of the rice cake creates a rich and layered taste experience!

The highlight is not over yet, as a large plate of crab legs is served. As usual, all the crab legs have been pre-cut before serving, making it easy to eat with chopsticks.
