Ever since I saw the post on social media, I know I have to pay this place a visit😊So, apparently this is a sister brand of Kikanbo Ramen but instead spicy ramen, they focus on beef ramen.I ordered their signature beef ramen with an extra egg. The broth is a tad oily but I don’t really mind it, cos it’s so rich and yummy, I also like the beef. The texture is great and tender and I like how beefy it is😋 I wish they can make the noodles a bit harder, cos it’s a tad soggy.Next time, I need to check out their spicy beef noodles and coriander beef noodles☺️

真係好鍾意食拉麵!今次去另一間鬼金棒食拉麵😋行入呢間餐廳係因為又俾他們的日本風格鬼怪公仔吸引到我🤪。細心一睇,原來佢哋專賣拉麵😍,令我更加期待!呢度嘅拉麵辣度由不辣到鬼增辣,共有五個級別。「鬼增」級係最極限嘅挑戰🥵,更有五級麻度,可以自由配搭,總共有25種辣麻程度,真係非常刺激!我當晚想食清清地,所以叫咗✨叉燒牛骨湯拉麵🍜。呢碗拉麵配上洋蔥、香蔥、玉米筍、牛筋同叉燒,叉燒大大舊而且好腍,肉質鮮嫩到令人滿足!拉麵則係粗身彈牙,每條麵條都吸晒湯汁,牛骨湯頭如牛奶般絲滑,飲落去真係好正🤤。接著,我試咗✨味玉麻辣味噌拉麵。呢碗拉麵結合咗味噌湯底同麻辣,湯底濃郁又有火辣感,真係辣到令人驚喜!味玉蛋有少少流心,蛋黃融入辣麻湯底,口感滑順,令人忍不住想再加多一碗😋。另外,我仲叫咗✨秘制醬汁慢煮牛筋,呢道菜真係必食!牛筋煮得好腍😍😍,口感超級好。相比起港式炆牛腩的五香料,呢度嘅牛筋充滿咗秘制醬汁的獨特味道,令人一試成主顧😚。最後,當然要試下✨煎餃。煎餃嘅餃子皮非常脆,裡面塞滿咗肉汁,一口咬落去,肉汁瞬間爆出,實在滿足。

鬼金棒開左新副線,之前喺尖沙咀食過另一間都唔錯,今錯嚟銅鑼灣順便試埋躍間副線啦裝修乾淨明亮,淺色木調感覺似新式日本風,2人枱正常唔算迫,擺埋小食就啱啱好招牌牛骨拉麵湯底有牛骨味,尚算幾濃,麵質爽身唔會浸都腍晒,牛肉肉質偏腍,無筋唔錯,牛肉份量正常芫荽麻辣牛骨拉麵 & 煎餃麻辣湯唔算太辣,大概小辣程度,有麻辣香,係日本果種麻辣feel其他同牛骨拉麵差唔多煎餃煎得幾香脆,應該係即煎,入面保留左小小肉汁,係想像到嘅日本蒸餃味道,無咩特別

午飯時間經過銅鑼灣發現了鬼金棒牛骨辣麻拉麵開了分店,正正就在原鋪隔鄰不知道與前鋪有什麼分別呢?不過新鋪相比原鋪光線充足,而且地方寬敞有吧台以及坐位之分。另外餐牌上一共有12款的拉麵選擇,其中有招牌、芫荽辣、辣麻牛油,並有特上A4和牛、增量牛叉燒、味玉等,大多以牛為主,若然是不吃牛的話都會有餃子、日本生蛋黄拌飯等,這裡最特別之處是可以增量各款配料包括有:玉米筍、芫荽,並可添加味玉、芫荽、蔥花、牛叉燒、牛筋、拉麵(替玉)等。當中選擇了招牌牛骨拉麵(原味) $100,以原味麻油香的湯底,底層的湯底牛骨味道略帶油份,其麵底的份量恰到好處配上增量的芫荽蓋上面,大愛芫荽之朋友必點喜觀。並有小小的玉米筍點綴不錯。味玉辣麻骨沾麵 $110 ,沾麵最重要是湯底濃郁而有味。辣麻骨麻香什廣,並有牛骨在內沾上滿帶煙韌的麵條,分外美味。最後添多一客餃子 $45 (6隻),餃子皮外脆內軟並帶有脆卜卜,美味極了。
