幾年前左右已經開始食勝八串燒, 一個月總有2-3次. 因為唔食真心會好掛住.直至勝八將居酒屋同串燒合二為一間, 就沒有再光顧了.一直好掛住佢既味道.由其係佢原隻燒胡麻雞翼, 燒白鱔同免治雞肉棒.4月尾有朋友生日, 心血來潮諗起好耐冇食過, 就即日訂位即晚去食.好彩都有位. 同同事講開去日本玩,佢介紹一間銅鑼灣嘅居酒屋,話刺身有好多款,又新鮮。見佢講到咁高汁,今日一於book位同朋友去試下。一入到去坐低,已經見到成個刺身bar,掛咗唔同時令刺身嘅名牌喺度。店員都好主動埋嚟問有冇咩刺身想食。店員話今日嘅魴鮄同八爪足唔錯,我哋就試下。第一次食魴鮄lee隻刺身,雖然唔係好重油味,淡淡哋,但係就好新鮮,會食到魚嘅鮮味!八爪足同平時食嗰啲八爪魚刺身分別不大,但係個分開嘅吸盤就好正!完全係未食過咁嘅刺身,有鮮味,咬落又爽口,下次有機會一定再食!話到明居酒屋,梗係飲酒吹水,嗌咗個柚子酒。再叫個炸白蝦佐酒。新鮮即炸嘅關係,嚟到仲係熱嘅。食落咸咸哋,仲有蝦嘅鮮味,唔會炸過頭同得油味,送酒一流最尾食咗個紅豆雪榚,唔太甜,入面仲有紅豆粒粒,作為收尾幾好。

銅鑼灣登龍街多嘢食就好多人都知, 但咁多間餐廳究竟揀邊間先好呢?個人就鍾意啲唔使排隊,環境要坐得舒,服食物又好嘅餐廳, 呢間係永光中心11樓嘅勝八就合曬我心水首先佢唔似其他餐廳限下你坐幾耐, 或者俾人望住曬你食嘢,上到去,環境暗暗地,即係放鬆左餐廳出名食新鮮嘅刺身, 應店員嘅推介我哋今日試咗三款平時比較少食嘅刺身,最上左手邊嘅係八爪魚吸管,右邊嘅就係八爪魚觸鬚, 下面嘅係鯖魚同真鯛店員話先由淡味嘅開始食,先食八爪魚吸管同觸鬚, 連同特製嘅燒汁一齊食, 大嘅吸管比較爽口, 細嘅吸管比較鮮甜,兩款都好新鮮!之後係食鯖魚, 鯖魚要加薑同蔥一齊食,仲可以點少少豉油, 本身以為會好腥,但係加咗薑同蔥真係去曬啲腥味,肉質非常柔軟最後食真鯛,因為本身已經加咗啲海鹽同埋黑松露油, 所以已經唔使再點豉油, 本身個人都唔係咁鍾意食黑松露,但係呢一隻黑松露油香得黎唔會覺得好搶, 而且都冇蓋過刺身嘅鮮味 ,冇諗過黑松露可以同魚一齊食非常新鮮食完刺身我哋仲食咗個海鮮魚湯鍋, 一見到真係超開心,魚湯鍋入面有蠔,有帆立貝,有蜆,有蝦,樣樣都大大隻非常足料, 而且魚湯湯底非常鮮甜,淨係飲湯都非常滿足煮和牛尾, 一上枱

店員話先由淡味嘅開始食,先食八爪魚吸管同觸鬚, 連同特製嘅燒汁一齊食, 大嘅吸管比較爽口, 細嘅吸管比較鮮甜,兩款都好新鮮!

適逢周末,約埋家人往時代廣場購物,在附近一間日式餐館午膳。時間尚早,人客不多,座位寛敞舒適,叫了三客日式午式套餐,碎葱吞拿魚海胆飯,黃金蟹肉飯和北海魚生飯。我選擇碎葱吞拿魚海胆飯,套餐先來沙律,前菜是蘿蔔絲,麪豉湯鹹味適中,幾好味。主菜海胆颇為鮮美,吞拿魚份量甚多,蓋滿整過飯碗一胆,吞拿魚蓉和碎葱十分配合,互相提升味道,葱香加上海鮮鹹味,令到每啖飯都口感豐富,回味無窮,食完碗飯已有飽足感覺,再來一記美味甜品綠茶雪糕,錦上添花。
