一向很少來港島區,但經朋友介紹,這次就在銅鑼灣登龍街尋到美食-勝八居酒屋。餐廳位置方便,在港鐵站B出口走到永光中心都只是幾分鐘路程。看到門口便已經以為自己到了日本,而餐廳裡的感覺亦很像日本居酒屋,環境舒適,平日晚上也有不少人來到這裡輕鬆一番。吃日本菜當然要點刺身,看到這盤新鮮刺身簡直口水直流,最喜愛真鯛的鮮味,除了比較特別,真鯛魚配上黑松露油的香味,相比平日吃的魚生鮮味得多,兩個人很快就把這盤刺身吃清光。吃完刺身來點熱食-煮和牛尾。和牛尾很軟腍,而且很入味,蘿蔔同樣吸盡精華,連湯底我們也不放過,全部喝光!白子是日本人的補身良品,我們選擇以天婦羅方式烹調,味道特別。天婦羅皮炸得脆而薄,十分出色!下次光顧必定會再試試其他款式的天婦羅。最期待是餐廳新推出的黑松露龍蝦石鍋飯,賣相非常吸晴!黑松露味道香濃,龍蝦啖啖肉,而且肉質彈牙,用料十足,簡直物超所值!加上飲品和飯後雪糕,完全是大滿足!下次會再和朋友來勝八居酒屋試試其他美食,滿足肚皮!

早前跟朋友食過勝八,覺得很滿意。今天跟媽媽在銅鑼灣逛街,她說想食日本菜,我第一時間想到勝八,決定帶她來嚐嚐。每個定食配有麵豉湯、沙律和前菜。麵豉湯香濃,有海帶和櫻花蝦。沙律蔬菜新鮮,醬汁酸甜清新。前菜是芝麻醬菠菜,菠菜鮮嫩,加上芝麻帶點香口。黃金蟹肉飯定食上枱賣相非常吸引,飯面鋪滿蟹肉,多的像一個小山丘,上面還有滿滿的蟹子和三文魚子。三文魚子粒粒脹卜卜,鮮味多汁,一點都不腥。主角蟹肉鮮甜,真正啖啖肉。廚師亦加入烚雞蛋粒,混和淡淡的蛋黃醬,配上蟹肉、魚子和蟹子,非常鮮甜清新,食下一整碗都不膩。豆乳地雞火煱定食天氣微涼,食煱物最適合。豆乳湯底有豆香,奶白色的,有點滋潤的感覺。地雞件有8件,雞是燒過的,食落有淡淡炭燒味,肉質紥實但不鞋口,唔錯。各種蔬菜吸收了湯汁,煮得十分淋甜。我們最後還喝下了整煱湯。

同事話三文魚他他冷烏冬嘅烏冬夠晒彈口,好QQ,而三文魚他他係火炙三文魚完全將鮮味提升,由於口感清新唔使三2分鐘佢就食晒唔肯比我食,但雖然冇試過,單睇買相就真係好吸引我下次一定要試試。
哈哈,至於個西班牙豬肋骨因為份量實在太多嘅關係我就有幸可以試到一件西班牙豬肋骨啦!
嘩!呢個西班牙豬肋骨真係唔係講笑,真係豬有豬味,豬味濃,而且肉質嫩滑,有好多肉汁,如果係食緊西餐的話我一定係估佢係用slow cook嘅方法來煮先會有咁鮮嫩嘅感覺,但日式嘅煮法我就真係唔識啦,我真係有啲衝動想問吓廚師佢究竟係點樣煮嘅,不過都係再幫襯多幾次同廚師熟啲我先問啦!

今日喺銅鑼灣收工,順道約埋老婆一齊晚膳,享受下二人世界。喺永光中心樓下嘅水牌是但點一間,就揀咗呢間勝八居酒屋。先呢個炸池魚仔做前菜,配埋杯啤酒一流。之後就叫咗三種魚嘅刺身。薄身嘅係黑鯛魚, 魚生師傅用黑松露油塗上黑鯛魚表面,食落口 嘅味道幾特別。秋刀魚魚生我都係第一次食。 油甘魚bb刺身就夠曬肥美。跟住再嚟一條燒香魚,條魚唔算大條,不過入面有好多魚春。點埋個汁,好食。平時食蝦天婦羅就食得多。不過呢度出名嘅係松葉蟹腳天婦羅,揸住隻蟹腳食,啖啖蟹肉,正。另外叫咗個限量發售嘅辛口牛腸鍋。 牛腸完全去曬肥膏,一啲都唔肥。 如果可以再辣多少少,就更加啱我個人口味。最後,這裏的服務相當高質,值得一讚!

以前在銅鑼灣返工時,一直都頗喜歡食這家日式料理餐廳,呢家餐廳的魚生刺身幾新鮮,菜色選擇多,價錢稍高但在銅鑼灣區久不久吃一餐還算可以。其中有個特選午市套餐我很喜歡吃,可以叫兩款主食。今次點了蟹肉蟹膏丼同牡丹蝦三文魚丼兩款。點餐後很快就上菜了,丼的份量不會很大,但食完兩碗就剛剛好。先吃蟹肉蟹膏丼,這是我每次來必吃的蟹肉與蟹膏攪拌好,少少鹹香,同時散發蟹的鮮味,好食另外的牡丹蝦三文魚丼,牡丹蝦好大隻,新鮮鮮甜,三文魚有三片,也頗新鮮。不知是否很久沒有來的關係,感覺丼好像較之前細碗了。但現在不在銅鑼灣上班,久不久才來一次也沒緊要。

其中有個特選午市套餐我很喜歡吃,可以叫兩款主食。今次點了蟹肉蟹膏丼同牡丹蝦三文魚丼兩款。點餐後很快就上菜了,丼的份量不會很大,但食完兩碗就剛剛好。先吃蟹肉蟹膏丼,這是我每次來必吃的

雜錦魚生飯,158元。
飯量適中,有7種不同的魚生,例如是蟹籽,海膽,三文魚,甜蝦,帶子等等。特別是蟹籽,加上飯一齊咀嚼時明顯吃到層次感,其他魚生也吃到魚生的鮮味,各自的甜味,我只是加上少許的日本豉油,就已經覺得好好味。感覺就好像日本豉油增強了各自的鮮味。另外,餐廳有附上生姜,所以當我每品嚐一種魚生,再嚐一口生姜,感覺就是另有一番滋味。再配上熱茶,飲一口,令滿足感增加,好滿足!

大蝦天婦羅定食,108元。裡面的大蝦真是大到不得了,我從未食過那麼大的大蝦天婦羅,食下去,啖啖肉,外皮炸漿又薄,好味道。還有南瓜天婦羅和冬菇天婦羅等都好好味。冬菇天婦羅體型又是很大件,好正,哈哈。

今天約了媽咪到銅鑼灣的勝八居酒屋吃午飯,這是因為同事們之前去食過,個個都讚不絕口,於是我也和媽咪也要去光顧一下啦甫入門口,地方雖不大,但很有日本風格,侍應帶領我們入座,非常有禮地為我們介紹餐牌,我們點了勝八刺身定食,及勝八便當。每個定食,已配沙律、麵豉湯及前菜,首先要讚的是前菜,牛舌燘得很焾及入味。而兩個定食一送上枱時,賣相非常好,真的很有驚喜!勝八刺身非常新鮮,入口即溶化,鮮味十足,而且食材矜貴,百多元的定食,真是很超值而勝八便當🍱食物豐富,有燒鯖魚、炸雞、燘牛肉、魚子豆腐、三文魚蝦刺身,及一個鵝肝飯,每款都很用心烹調,食物擺放得很精美細緻,而且非常美味,吃得出廚師的心思最後還有甜品雪糕。整頓飯確是要用大滿足來形容,下次一定會再來吖

今次又係銅鑼灣搵食啦😋呢次我地搵左呢間勝八居酒屋☺️一上到去,坐左一陣已經full曬了,好多人都黎食😂我地叫左刺身,墨魚咀,牛尾等刺身系列:系撚鯛真係好鬼正,個名都好得意😂店員話係日本既三文魚,好鬼新鮮,個口感有d似平時食既三文魚但好味好多👍帶子雖然40蚊一舊但真心好味,鮮甜就是用黎形容它的😋同埋好大舊塞滿個口🤤胡麻鯖 都係十分新鮮上面加埋蔥粒別有一番滋味😍煮和牛尾 我覺得十分好味😂 個湯汁都比我飲曬,覺得好鬼補😂牛尾唔會話要唔爛,煮得好林但又有咬口,我好鍾意👍👍👍松葉蟹腳天婦羅 真心要推介👍平時食得蝦天婦羅多,今次係真蟹腳做既天婦羅仲要蟹腳係新鮮既,鍾意食蟹既人必食!
