小店最近不知怎的質素起伏,明明還是同一伙人經營,但味道卻有高低。不知是否上述原因,星期五的午市只有8成入座率,有別於以往人頭湧湧之時。說說食物,我的大受烏冬是能一如以往的彈牙堙韌,但問題出自配料上,今天的雞脾鹹得過火,味道似是下了一斤鹽似的,朋友也說受不了。另外不知是否物價不斷上漲,天婦羅的份量每每縮少......Happy Friday Lunch 給半毀了。要知觀塘區工廈食肆林立,若不能保持質量,很容易給其他競爭者乘虛而入。

掛鍋拌蛋烏冬加雞($73)
佢有粗身同幼身簡,咁我地全部都簡粗既。老實講,味道一般,不過麵質幾QQ,可能幼身會好d。個雞完全失敗,好似未解凍就拎去整,咬左淡,我就頂唔到,最後轉左關東煮。我唔知係咪個別例子啦,因為雪藏加腥味好勁
其他個d都中規中矩,個人認為小食最好配牛肉,關東煮。

總結,尋好野唔係一件易事,希望下次更好

海苔烏冬黎到個賣相唔錯,幾特別,幼烏冬食唔出好強海苔味,夠滑,比較硬少少


關東煮唔夠味,湯好清,有蛋,獅子狗,蘿蔔等,唔推介,早知散叫烏冬抵好多,唔使食套餐
