感覺是很專業的手打烏冬,烏冬質地煙韌,湯底有濃郁的鰹魚味,但最出色的竟然是鯖魚!平常吃鯖魚多數會乾和偏咸,但這裡的鯖魚不但大條,而且一點也不乾,仍然保留著魚的肉汗

一個人去咗觀塘工業區食LUNCH, 搵到呢間全不起眼的店, 對門仲要好難開(因為風向問題)1點半,又唔係平日, 真係冇乜人, 唔洗等位, 店員即刻問我有冇食過, 我話冇, 佢即刻細心介紹菜單同食法, 選擇不多, 我點了海苔竹簾烏冬蟲夏(冷), 加了關東煮, 盛惠$65, 不收加一. 等了約10分鐘,  到喇到喇, 海苔麵好似一般綠茶麵顏色咁, 食落冇苦澀味, 很清涼, 很有韌性, 手打烏冬果然唔同啲關東煮係分開上, 份量足, 又好食,  其間店員仲會好細心問我意見, 味道怎樣, 感覺有被重視整體黎講呢次用餐經驗幾好, 仲要免收加一, 真係難得, 坐椅方面不太舒服, 最重要係服務一流, 贊!

關東煮係分開上, 份量足, 又好食,  其間店員仲會好細心問我意見, 味道怎樣, 感覺有被重視

整體黎講呢次用餐經驗幾好, 仲要免收加一, 真係難得, 坐椅方面不太舒服, 最重要係服務一流, 贊!

觀塘區午餐到處都是人, 如果好食的,更加係有排等,或者基本上等都唔到你等。 好明顯~想食鰹烏冬 記得訂位啦~店舖裝修簡單,店員不多, 感覺像家庭生意, 店員很耐心地解釋烏冬的選擇, 實在很旺 ,部分烏冬已經賣完了, 最後選了半湯烏冬及 燒鯖魚。烏冬很有彈性, 感覺新鮮, 由於是半湯, 湯底比較少, 所以烏冬不容易被浸到淋晒,可惜鰹魚湯底比較清淡, 若湯底可以濃一點,應該更令人著迷。 燒鯖魚有油香, 魚肉結實, 整體來說烏冬分量剛剛好😄😄 友人點了天婦羅, 炸得很香口呢。順帶一提, 烏冬店有烏冬班教授, 牆上亦貼有關於烏冬的製造方法, 傳統的烏冬原來要用腳踩的😆😆 很有趣呢, 飢詩很想去學吖~飢point: 7/10#hungermarch #非飢詩

熱到嘔無胃口,想食冷烏冬。同朋友去試食,但又無為意營業時間,去到人地已經洗緊碗。不過老闆同店員(定都係老闆?)照煮俾我地,睇住佢整d烏冬出黎。(唔睇時間的福利?誤。)超好人的!招呼又超好,明明係我地阻人收工。食左粗烏冬,配魚。烏冬軟硬剛好,鐘意飲湯底的人表示好好味,條魚新鮮,雖然烏冬比較吸引d,哈哈哈。一定會再去!仲有,杯茶幾好飲。

一碗烏冬浸泡係半碗鰹魚湯之中
送到檯上時,首先係比D天婦羅脆脆吸引到
倒落鳥冬到一齊食,食烏冬之餘又有脆脆口感
先試一啖湯,堅有鰹魚味,好香,但又無死咸味
烏冬好彈牙,今次我叫左幼烏冬
湯汁可以充滿係麵條之間,一邊食一邊連湯飲
因為半湯關係,最後食完岩岩好D湯一滴都無淨

黎到出奇地D水都係幾清
開頭都擔心煮烏冬水會係好濁
呢個食法就好似拉麵沾麵食法

係觀塘搵好嘢食真心難,又要避油煙,又要坐得好,又可以坐得多人。我有位朋友平時fb都係寫時事事件,突然po食物文,即刻click入去睇下。呢間叫鰹烏冬,將手造烏冬帶入,佢地weekend會開班教人整烏冬。我即刻提議同事去食,鋪頭唔多位,記得book定枱。有啲意外佢地唔係用ikea形式嘅檯同椅,係長形嘅枱,可以坐6個人個種。職員用心解說,海苔竹簾係冷烏冬,而且係限定,如果想試,記得book位個陣order埋。我地呢日想食熱烏冬,個魚湯好好飲,唔會咸,真係濃濃魚味。我就食咖哩,唔係甜咖哩,亦唔會太辣。好飽好滿意,再飲啖米茶,飽到放工。不過如果想試真啲個烏冬,我會建議食其他款。

呢度會不定時安排烏冬手作班,每位$500,二人同行有九折。二話不說已經book咗遲啲同媽咪嚟玩。店員話大概可以做4kg嘅烏冬,整完之後會拎啲去煮,並且同天婦羅即場食,其他可以拎返屋企啦,期待!

It’s new place and I came in after rush hour. The server (I believe he’s the chef close relative/boss) is too hospitable but I appreciate his effort. The udon comes in about 5 mins and it’s very very al dente. The portion is reasonable with its price (HK$35, plus $8 for 7up). The portion is reasonable with its price (HK$35, plus $8 for 7up). I chow it down in about 5 mins and since the side dish like Chicken wings & Tempura is quite costly so I passed.

To its last bite, the udon on the bottom of bamboo mat was in fact chips and piecescovered by the long ones on top. I found it hard to eat as it sink into the bottom of my udon sauce bowl. I appreciate its authentcity of a nice cold udon. Fresh ginger and toasted sesame seed flavor.

Everything is fine except a little unexpected friend come visit me and kills my lunch. Well, it’s a new joint so what the hack. Hope they’ll follow the hygiene rules and get a bug zapper very soon!
