今日同事帶我去了觀塘駱駝漆工廈內嘅一間烏冬店,聽講好出名架。專程來試一下。柑橘凍烏冬配燒鯖魚賣相好掂。鋪滿一塊一塊柑桔片,散發出清香味,感覺清新。湯汁又不會過鹹,味道恰到好處,冰涼透心,夏日炎炎最佳午餐。烏冬係自家手打,質感有彈力兼有嚼口。充滿活力感。燒鯖魚好好味,魚骨不太多。燒得皮脆肉滑,魚嘅鮮香表露無遺。果然係人氣店,值得推介。

個烏冬賣相唔錯,首先飲一啖湯,覺得味道幾好,有濃郁既鏗魚及味噌味。啲牛肉係半熟的,要把佢哋撈埋落啲湯到淥下淥下先會熟。烏冬好有咬口又堅韌,食落整體都係唔錯嘅。個蛋撈埋落啲湯汁度,味道就更加好。

呢間烏冬好似一向都好出名,好耐之前有食過佢哋近長沙灣嗰邊嘅分店~已經覺得佢哋嘅烏冬幾出色!💓今次將嚟到觀塘分店食lunch,一樣出色!不過以一個晏晝飯嘅價錢嚟講,佢就進取咗少少啦💸~魚湯豆乳鳥冬(熱)+關東煮 $78🐠🥛魚湯嘅味道濃郁得來又唔會覺得好鹹,加入豆乳,令到成個湯底更加香滑,我足足飲咗大半碗湯,之後都唔會覺得口渴,證明佢哋嘅湯底真係冇落味精㗎~關東煮一碗入面有五個唔同款,分別係蘿蔔、獅子狗卷、雞蛋、蒟蒻同埋椰菜卷🍢🍢,蘿蔔同雞蛋煮得特別入味,蒟蒻嘅質感夠晒Q彈!整體嚟講,關東煮嘅份量都夠多!💓月見烏冬(熱)+骨付雞 🐔$90月見烏冬有名門卷、海苔、生蛋,配上薑同蔥~姜同蔥嘅出現提升左成個湯底嘅味道!✨我嘅食法係直接整爛隻蛋,將佢撈埋烏冬一齊食~🍳蛋真係世界上世一嘅平價美食!🥰另外骨付雞簡單啲嚟講就係雞髀!🤣呢個係必嗌嘅item,當日同行嘅同事大推!雞皮焦脆香口,入面嘅雞肉嫩滑多汁,食到最後會覺得偏鹹少少,但係配埋烏冬一齊食,我又覺得冇乜大問題,推介大家試吓尼個骨付雞🥰👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
